Fantastic radiology, bulk billed my mammogram as I met the conditions. They were so friendly, from the radiographers to the reception staff. Highly recommend this valuable place.

Very unpleasant experience for my 12 week ultrasound. Had the rudest sonographer. She was very unfriendly and condescending about our excitement. When we saw the babies legs kicking and joked oh he will be a runner she bluntly said “they all do that”. As a first time Mum I felt she treated me like an idiot with a lot of my questions and observations. Also I barely got to hear the heartbeat. She skimmed over it so quickly. Her poor attitude really made what should have been an exciting experience very unpleasant. Will be going elsewhere next time.

Friendly staff, booked an appointment very quickly over the phone. Minimal wait time and a very professional doctor doing the exam.

Excellent service from the staff and technicians, who were understanding and tried to be as accommodating as they could be. They listened to my need for masking and minimising time inside the clinic, unlike other radiology places I made enquiries to. Highly recommended!

I got an orbital MRI here, and I had no idea what was involved (IV drip, 45 minutes in a tunnel unable to move) and promptly started to panic when I realised what I'd signed up for. The radiologist and team were all so supportive, they set music up that calmed me and walked me through each step keeping me informed the whole way. I was really appreciative of how they handled me, an anxious person with sensory processing issues. Overall it wasn't as bad as I thought and got through it relatively painlessly.

This was my first visit to a "bulk billing" Vision Radiology clinic. The on site carpark was full, fortunately, we were able to park close by out in Willoughby St. Within 24 hours of my scans, the results were sent through to my GP as well as being sms'd to my phone. I was surprised that they didn't want to see my medicare card? I was very impressed with their prompt service, and apart from "car parking", I would highly recommend their services.

All staff I dealt with today were amazing! Above & beyond with care & service. Highly recommend. Thankyou Vision Radiology team for being so helpful and kind.

I have taken clients to many different radiology clinics in the past 12 years, and this is the first clinic where every single staff member was kind, caring and helpful to assist my niece who was in extreme pain. I would have given 10 stars if I could.

I have tried to book appointment here, lady is asking exact due date, we mentioned the week, still she wants to know date.
How can anyone gives that?
If we can't gets appointment, then what's the use of this system.

I greatly appreciate the standard of effort and efficiency that this workplace provides and I’m glad I have a trustworthy health department on whom I can thoroughly rely.
