Vision Radiology Mornington

This centre was brilliant today. I had suspected DVT and they did not mess around. They called me 5 minutes after my referral was sent through and told me to come immediately for scans.i arrived 20 minutes later and was xrayed and had an ultrasound 5 minutes later. To top it off, I was bulk billed for both procedures. Thank you all so much for your diligence and care!

Recently asked for appointment for c6 & c7 injection and staff member took great pleasure in just saying September …. No sorry no offer to advise if anything came up earlier. I said i was in pain and she just said everyone is in pain! Very un caring and she was having a bad Friday afternoon. Thanked her and got an appointment at IMED in 7 days not 10 weeks. Am sure my neuro surgeon would not be impressed.

These guys are right on time, latest technology, friendly staff, results are back to GP in a blink.

Was booked to have an appointment today at 12.45 for an ultrasound and rang to say I was going to be five minutes late due to being held up in road works and was told that my appointment would have to be cancelled and rescheduled. I had put my 8 week old son in day care and scheduled everything around this appointment. Disgusting customer service.

Walked in the door for a CT scan at 2: 10pm, was driving out of the Carpark at 2: 19pm. Bull billed and no paperwork. Couldn’t have been better. Many thanks!

Fantastic service! I was greeted straight away, seated and seen in a professional, respectful and efficient way. Everything was explained without it being condescending or awkward. Dr Paul made me feel very comfortable and safe. All the staff were polite and respectful.
When I left I noticed I had a flat tyre. Dr Paul assisted me to quickly change it and put my mind at ease. This was after a full day of work and a long drive home! I was very grateful. The following day I received a text (a Saturday) with my scans and my dr received then Monday morning. Highly recommend!

This is such a wonderful service. The staff member who attended my scan today was very professional and patient. She took the time to explain the procedure, and also made every effort to ensure I was comfortable during the process. I definitely recommend Vision Radiology in Mornington.

Staff informed the procedure in a kind manner, radiologist team appears very professional, and Dr Paul who specialises in interventional treatment is excellent in doing his job!

On time service that was actually bulk billed!
This was for a dating scan and at I MED they charge you quite a bit, but Vision was fully bulk billed.
I wish I had of know during my last pregnancy; it would have saved us a lot of money.
We also received printed images which I MED never supplied previously. Will definitely be returning to Vision for future scans and letting friends and family know

Easy to deal with Staff, parking is excellent, waiting room for patients is big enough to accommodate all.

Quick efficient walk-in service. Bulk billed and out the door in 15 minutes. Staff were lovely!
