Outstanding service. Thank you so much for the care provided. Technician had beautiful empathy and talked me through a few things as I watched my sons scan. Would definitely recommend Vision Radiology.
I was booked to have two appointments for some MRIs with vision radiology Hampton.
I had rescheduled one of the appointments last week as I had covid and asked the person on the phone to send me an email confirming the new appointment times and dates. I was told that they would send me a text the day prior to the appointment but never had any correspondence regarding this.
As such I missed my appointment this morning and when I advised the man on the phone this I was told “this is the second appointment you’ve missed, we have had to cancel other appointments for you”. When I told him this is not the second appointment I have missed as I rescheduled the first one due to having covid and that never received the email I requested with my appointment dates/times I was told to “take some personal responsibility mate”.
I find this behaviour incredibly unprofessional and would not recommend anyone utilise a practice that speaks to patients in such a manner.
I had a MRI as a new patient at this clinic and found the staff to be and technician to be highly professional. The clinic is clean and the equipment is impressive. I could not more highly recommend. Thank-you for taking such good care of me today.
