Vision Radiology Coburg

Amazing reception staff, but I was rushed through and even though I explained where i needed to be scanned the lady unfortunately only did half of it. They moved my appointment forward on the day and she was clearly rushed. Went back to my Dr and he is sending me somewhere else. Medical care should not be rushed, simple as that.

Had a great experience with Vision Radiology. I spoke with Sara over the phone, she was very friendly and helpful. I had Ryan and Ram both look after me whilst being X-rayed and they were both great and kept me calm during the process. Overall the team was very professional and friendly. Will continue to use them when needed.

The people who work at this place are very friendly and professional. Rita was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Great work.keep it up

I have had such a lovely experience with the coburg radiology team. Firstly the reception staff Vanessa and Rita are both amazing with there front house customer service skills, they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in and always Greet you with a smile, they also accomodate to your needs and help you find the right available time slots to come in which is helpful when u have a baby. The doctors and health professionals in this service are gentle, kind, and professional in there manner and are super helpful when answering questions. WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO THERE.

I was put at ease from my very first phone contact with this patient focused team to my scan. Such a refreshing place to visit to see what great service should be like. Keep up the great work.

Really happy with Vision Radiology. I arrived about 30 mins before my appointment time for an AC joint cortisone injection. The place smelt lovely upon entrance, all the staff were lovely and I had my procedure done and was out even before my appointment time was due to commence. Thumbs up

Disgusted.
Left in tears from the pain of an abdominal ultrasound. First female clinician was great, then supervisor arrived. Barked at me like a robot. Continued ultrasound and was in so much pain I had tears running down my face. She didn't even acknowledge me. Didn't offer a tissue. Just left me telling me to clean myself up.
Was there the day before and had great service from a male clinician and initial clinician and reception staff - Great.
Warning - if your female, choose another clinic.

Incredibly efficient, friendly and professional. The receptionist was lovely—welcomed me, did her ‘thing’ with a smile. The young woman that took my x-ray was calm, warm and professional. She made me feel comfortable and explained things clearly. I was in and out within forty-five minutes. Really good experience. Thank you.

The lady on the phone was terribly disrespectful even though she made a mistake and was calling to the wrong number. You should send her on holiday ASAP

Very worst radiology, receptionist is very rude so unprofessional.

Everyone from the receptionists to the radiologist was so rude and unhappy. The receptionist was talking so loudly (and without her mask) about covid-19 that it really stressed me out. Tense environment. Steer clear.

Clean and modern offices. Staff all seemed nice, bulk bill most procedures and I had a short wait time.

Have referred to this clinic numerous times now. Professional and prompt in every respect. Patients always come back happy and reports are thorough with an impeccable turnaround timeframe.
