Vision Radiology Bulleen

Got in really quick for an MRI but when I got there for the appointment, the receptionist who I spoke to the day before didn’t actually book me in despite assurance over the phone that I had a booking.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Vision Radiology in Bulleen, and I can't say enough good things about them. Despite my appointment being on a late Friday afternoon, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their commitment to respecting patients' time was evident from the moment I arrived.

One star is to much for the unprofessional way I was treated by the doctor. Consent and explaining procedures goes a long way before you just start. Walking out was the safest option. Would not recommend this location for anything more than a standard xray.

Outstanding service. I have had many scans and X-rays done lately. The staff are always friendly and professional. The care and respect for elderly patients is exceptional. I had a CT on my collarbone and an incidental finding was a large lobe on my thyroid. Thanks to that finding I am having surgery in two weeks to remove it.
I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience at Vision Radiology Bulleen. I was given an appointment on the same day for an ultrasound and CT. The clinic is very modern and clean. Staff were very caring and professional and best of all they bulk bill so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket!

Fantastic team always answers phone and willing to go that extra mile when I was conducting my scans to ensure thorough assessment.

The staffs there are very helpful and friendly. They made me comfortable when having my investigation.

Warm & friendly staff. Doctor explained everything before my procedure. They made a somewhat scary experience easier! I would highly recommend this place & the staff. My only criticism is the Reception desk is very high & hard to see over

The two receptionists at the front desk were extremely professional and warmly greeted patients. The sonographer however was abrupt, insensitive, not at all polite in her communications and not particularly reassuring. Patients names could be easily seen on the screen as you entered the exam room. I remarked that when using alcohol wipes especially now with Covid clean it is recommended one wears gloves as hands and skin suffer. The response was "Thank you for your concern but I have been doing this for 20 years" with the tone and glare that was most uncomfortable.

Songrapher Melissa was very rude when I tried to assist my partner. Wouldn't allow me in the room to be with her and dismissed what I had to say. I honestly couldn't believe that someone in healthcare could be so unprofessional. This was a doctor referral. Next time will request another provider.

I needed a MRI scan quick, other places seemed to be booked out for a couple of weeks, I found this place, booked in the same day by a phone call.professional staff reasonable fees and simply a very pleasant experience overall

Great customer service. Very helpful staff. Got appointments quickly. Easy parking and results are provided soon. Cheaper than other radiologies for the same scan. Would definitely recommend.

Recently went to Vision Radiology for a cortisone injection into the shoulder. The whole experience was dealt with the utmost professionalism. I was talked through step by step what was about to happen which helped put me at ease. Will definitely be recommending Vision Radiology to all of my friends and family should they need any of their services.

Was reffered to Vision Radiology Buleen for ongoing treatment of my sciatica. The practice is VERY new, modern and clean. All the staff were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Furthermore my radiologist and radiographer have been fantastic with a great duty of care outlined in their conduct. Highly recommended.
