Extremely disappointed! Very unprofessional! I would strongly suggest you find better agents. I had booked a phone appointment from USA and paid $110. The agent Rumina who was supposed to call me on WhatsApp never called and when I called their office the receptionist said she even reminded the agent to call me but doesn’t know why the appointment was not honoured. I asked them to reschedule and send me a confirmation which again was not sent. I sent them emails and whatsapp messages to their chat service so far I have not received any response. I probably would have to file a complaint with the ombudsman to get a refund.

It was a great journey with vision consultant. I got my TR right after completion of my degree. Highly recommended as of my experience.
