I worked there for above 1 year in the software engineering Department (IOS App Developer). This is a small company, working 7/8 employees around here. No clear plan for the future for the company.and in the office no authorized person, like Hr, management team.
He knows how to Trap a fresher or jobless man without more pay.and No salary increment.

If you resign from this company, they will not provide you " Experience Certificate".
