We are very happy with our new home. We highly recommend building with Virtue Homes. Thank you to our supervisor Ben and the tradesmen who did an amazing job on our house. The quality of the build is outstanding. The whole team did everything they could to ensure the build was everything we wanted and delivered on time.

Built with Virtue a few years ago. Very professional company and easy to deal with. Dean went out of his way to deliver the beautiful home we expected. Highly recommended.

We were extremely impressed with the Virtue Homes team and the service provided, in particular Rosie, Terri & Lee. We have built before and have had a horrible experience, so we entered into the building process this time with trepidation. However, we had nothing to worry about. We were kept in constant communication during our build, all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner, no matter how big or small they were, the quality of the build was very high and the build was delivered on time. If we ever build again I would have no heistations building with Virtue, the build and service is fantastic.

Wow we are more than impressed with our new home. From the first meetings to our move in date we could not be happier. We have worked with a number different staff at Virtue Homes. There professional attitude has made the process a whole lot easier. The design stage with Racquel who pulled out a plan and moved walls, the kitchen, windows etc to suit our block size all in under an hour. We then dealt with Terri who took us through all the details of our build, products used, colours, design changes with Ross and of course the dollars. Her enthusiasm and professionalism kept us moving forward as we waited for block titles. As the build stage started we were informed of our build supervisor Leigh.
What a relief to have someone that kept us informed, made changes, answered and returned calls the same day and generally put us at ease. Leigh has been a pleasure to work with through Covid, and dealing with continual rain, he really was the supervisor we had wished for.
We thank all the trades people that have been involved in our build as we sit back now in our very own display home.

After moving into our Virtue home in June 2021 we cannot recommend the team at Virtue enough! They were extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process, special thank you to Terri and Lee who answered every question promptly and met our requests without hesitation! From start to finish the process was seamless and the quality of the finishes within our home are without fault. We are so happy with our Virtue Home!

Beware of this builder.
Irresponsible, and not listening to the others.
They are building a house next door and dug the ground up to the very edge of my fence. (I know that is illegal). Large part of my fence fall off as a result of that digging.
It's been more than 4 months now.

I complained to the council and builder promised to repair.
But he doesn't care and continue to build the house.sometime using my fence as a scaffolding.

Think twice if you are going to work with this irresponsible builder.

We are so happy that we built our forever home with Virtue Homes. Right from the start, we felt comfortable that we had made the right choice. Everyone was so easy to deal with and helpful in making everything perfect. We have been in our house for about 3 months now and could not be happier with it.

My partner and I cannot rate Virtue Homes high enough! Virtue are professional and amazing at what they do and as a result we have the most beautiful, high quality, well built house which we call our forever home so we would like to thank the sales team, the drafties, admins, supervisor, chippies and everyone else who put their time and heart into our house. I had the highest of expectations and the most uncompromising of standards (which others might describe as unreasonable) when I embarked upon building by home. I can without any reservation say that Virtue Homes exceeded my expectations and these standards every step of the way. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and seamless with Virtue working to accomodate everything I wanted in my home and more.

All of the team that worked on my house demonstrated professionalism and warmth in every interaction. As a client, I felt that my home was not 'just another house' and that those working on it were just as invested in it as I was.

I had a clear idea of what I wanted in my home and the team accommodated all of these ideas, while offering suggestions (without being pushy) of minor improvements that could be made or alternatives to consider. Whether these were simply aesthetic or more significant, I adopted many of these and it's these small touches that set Virtue Homes apart and demonstrate their years of construction experience (and are often commented on by visitors to my home).

A special shout out to the entire team and all the trades that worked on my home. It would be remiss of me not to mention Racquel, Riley, Maddi, Jordan, Tayla and the most capable and competent supervisor Lee from the Virtue Team who were all instrumental in the design, drafting, contract administration and construction of my home. It's a real testament to all your hard work.

Having lived in the home for just over 12 months now (and having spent probably much longer than most would in their homes in that time thanks to a global health pandemic) I couldn't be happier with the outcome and high quality of the finished product.

After building twice before we found Virtue homes and we are so glad we did! They were happy to help us customise our home, even if this meant changing things several times to ensure we were happy. They helped us endlessly to ensure any problems we faced were fixed, numerous phone calls to Nerida and Jess to sort out our sewerage, they was always happy to help and nothing was too hard.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mick at our home and I am so thankful I did. What a genuine, caring guy! I feel honoured to have met the owner of this company!

Every new build comes with stress, headaches & many phone calls & discussions, but at the end of your build, virtue deliver what they promised, a quality custom built home that we love. Like to thank mick & the team at virtue, especially Ben our site supervisor for our beautiful home.

Contacted via web chat to ask about pricing, as this is yet another builder with no prices on their website.we received a short 1 line answer wih the price of the design we liked.upon asking if they had any homes at our budget - $280k, we were curtly told that "vitrue homes begin at $300k for our lowest spec, if your budget is below that find another builder. " needless to say we have.in short nice designs, poor customer service.

Ryan was fantastic to work with and has eased the natural nerves about building our first home.

We had an wonderful experience with Virtue Homes and appreciated even more because it wasn't our first time building a home, this was one of the smoothest and satisfactory experiences in home building we have experienced, using Virtue Homes as our builder we had an awesome experience and throughout the build they were a helpful and responsive team. Any issues that we might have had were addressed professionally, options were given during the process as we were getting a custom built home. All the tradesman were professional and provided continual communication and cleaned on exit, the date they said we were to get into our home was delivered as promised. What I like about our Virtue Homes is even after you have moved in they checked on us to make sure every thing is ok.
