Vr works is amazingly fun! Went with my wife and kids and had a blast. Even my wife, who never plays any video games, lives playing beat sabre. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Had a lot of fun here playing tower tag with friends! Staff were really nice and accommodating even though we were 40mins late

Unclear instructions for the game initially and several technical difficulties including the virtual world not lining up with the real environment in the vr lazer skirmish. Needs an initial instructional video and is not worth the price paid

Great experience for our group of 6. The workers there let us start early and although we had some technical difficulties they happily helped us out. Would recommend for any groups although it might not be as fun with strangers.

Our 12 year old had his party here, it was a great success. Kids loved it. The tech went seamlessly. Had pizza from around the corner. The guys running the show did a great job (they are trech nerds)

Staff need to be better with customer service. They need to explain properly how it works to people who have never done this before.
Loved the breakout room. It was very fun. Found the Zombie shoot and lasertag to be a bit boring.
Would definitely do a VR breakout room again (especially now I know what I'm doing)

Highly recommended nice staff good teaching fixes our bug very quickly as well! Told us what games they have and gave us loads of information I enjoyed a lot and I would love to come back again.

There is loads of great cafés and foods near lygon street so I recommend to go VR world for fun then enjoy the food at lygon street.

As a person who has been to many VR venues as well as played a few VR games. VR world needs to improve a lot of elements of its business in order to match the price point which is advertising competing with other similar venues. Hardware wise: oculus quest 2 and ok fhd graphics. However the padding is extremely uncomfortable for longer than 1 hour use on top of that, staff members don't really sensitise headset between each session or different users. That's a big no no during this special time. Please improve this as it should be the easiest thing to improve.
Then it's the software side, constant glitching and calibration issues that are common with oculus quest (relying on only the headset cameras) take users out of the immersion and had to waste more time waiting for staff to fix the issues hence further decreasing the value of the session as well as the enjoyment. Please improve this as well.
Lastly, customer service, I understand being a new company with young people working, it's hard to enforce or implement proper customer service training but you gotta cover all the basics. Like giving proper instructions and explaining things in a clear and well communicated manner. Instead I felt like I was being served by people with zero customer service experience. Compare to other VR companies that have been around, this should also be another priority.

Overall, good selection of games however, customer service quality as well as the technical issues need to be addressed and improved in order to match the price point you guys are competing at.
Wish you guys all the best as I understand it's not easy to start a new business. Hopefully you'll do better down the road.

VR experience was very fun we returned for a second visit the following day. My 11yo daughter who has adhd was called dumb from staff members. Made her upset. After that never will return again.

Both boys came out buzzing and chatting about the fun they had. Can't ask for more than that.

Technically the vr experience was brilliant - few glitches but resolved quickly. The only criticism was that as we were new to vr we had no idea what games to play or even how to use the hand devices, and the staff here didn’t seem very experienced in helping us in a proactive manner. A five minute how to and q&a would have gone a long way as would have suggestions on what games to try.

Great experience. Wife and I played Escape the lost pyramid and it was a lot of fun. It was our first time experiencing VR and it was so much fun and the game was challenging but not too challenging to the point of frustration (teamwork and communication is key!). We managed to escape in time and felt really proud of our selves.

**FYI:
With the headset, at first I found that it was pressing against the back of my scull but I managed to find the sweet spot of just tight enough that it wouldn’t flop around and also not press against my scull. So that’s positive. Everyone will be different.

We both wear glasses and my glasses are fairly large so I thought I would have a problem but it was manageable. You may find yourself adjusting the headsets throughout the game to get a better focus but again manageable and didn’t impact the experience of the game.
Wife had experiences with some slight fogging but again nothing major that effected her experience.

Had no experience with motion sickness or anything the like.

Overall a great experience. We would do it again. Highly recommend

The service and initial communication during set up was lacking & the game was switched out for something else for some reason, eventually some assistance from other staff got them going properly.the kids loved it despite glitches & had a fine time

Took my son and a friend for 2 hours and they absolutely loved it. Great help when needed to change games and generous space to experience it all in

We came for a 14 th Birthday. Given they are all Gamers I thought it might not be enough for them. However, when I heard one say he will come back I knew they had fun. Thanks

Vr experience was great, although the interaction with the staff member about what games were offered and what options we had to choose from was very vague and not that helpful at all. I asked what games do you have, we have quite a few was replied but no detail, no list. For $150 I expected better service and information
