Viri VR reviews
36I was extremely impressed with the customer service from Viri. I was due to arrive from Perth today but Qantas cancelled our flight and I am now not arriving until tomorrow afternoon which meant I can't attend my booked VR session. Despite not being under any obligation, Viri refunded my booking fee in full. I'll definitely be booking again next time I'm in Melbourne.
My kids love this place. Short walk from Southern Cross station, really friendly and helpful staff. I always make sure Grandpa buys a gift voucher for the boys' birthdays. I agree with a previous reviewer that the option for longer sessions would be great. Time speeds up when your reality is virtual!
Great guys, great games! 3rd time going there with a big group for a bucks party! The boys did well to manage it all! Keep up the great work
Had a lot of fun getting my VR experiences here. The price was pretty decent. Should be the cheapest in the market now.
The staff was very helpful. He guided me a lot with games which are suitable for me and my friends. Multiplayers and also single players.
Time pass by faster when you’re having fun.
Definitely must better than the others! Worth the $$.
Recommend to try multiplayer games with friends, high chances that you will like and very friendly yet highly responsive as well
Today was my 6th trip with one of my grandchildren and as the others have experienced it was so much fun. The staff are the best! Very friendly and tolerant and always on top of any glitches or training. The best bang for your buck that kids of all ages love.
Awesome experience! The games were so fun, 50 minutes felt like 5! Friendly staff too, very highly recommended!
The staff were really helpful & kind, from novice to expert we enjoyed the sessions. Not only are staff exceptional, they kept it very clean throughout. We recommend Viri for families, couples or as one, it’d still be fun.
I took my son and his 2 friends to Viri VR during the school holidays and they had a great experience but the one hour was just too short as much time was spent working out the many different games and controls it would be great if Viri VR could offer a discounted 2 hour package
The experience was a lot different than I had originally expected, definitely take a friend.
What a fantastic experience! The staff member was very helpful, patient and friendly. Great games for all ages. We can't wait to go back
Great place for school age kids and parents. Highly engaging with fantastic staffs. I had as much fun as the kids during the school holidays.
5 stars for the place, it had plenty of options and nice facilities and nice staff. However I'm never ever doing VR again, looking at a screen in goggles like that is (for me anyway) like trying to look through someone else's glasses. Instant headache and dizziness. However the joint is great, I would recommend!
This is a very cool experience next time you're in the city! Unique and loads of fun for the whole family
Honestly felt like a complete waste of $40. If you got 50 minutes of actual play time for $40 that wouldn't be too bad I guess, but some of the games didn't seem to work at all, some were just terribly boring, and some didn't have instructions so you're wasting time trying to figure out what to do before giving up.
We also tried joining each other in a multiplayer game which didn't work either and we gave up.
There was also a lot of time spent adjusting the headset because the plastic was stabbing me in parts of my head and the display kept going blurry and causing me eye strain.
Overall I think I spent maybe 7 minutes in total enjoying a single game.
The staff member assisting us also smelled like a combination of body odour and cigarettes which isn't very nice.
