I was looking for a team to repair my ensuite bathroom from water damage and VIP Showers were amazing. From the start with a quote over email to getting in touch and staying in touch until completion. Very professional and constant updates with photos and detail of what is going to happen/has happened. They take care and pride in your property as though it is their own. Highly recommend them if you are thinking of any repairs or in the market comparing!

I found VIP by seeing one of their vans in Keilor for some upgrades to my parents bathrooms. As soon I contacted them they responded very quickly with a quote and within a week work commenced. Feedback from my folks were that of praise for Darragh and his team, punctual, polite and professional. The works were exact to what was requested. I highly recommend VIP!

Hired the services of VIP shower repairs back In June 2022. From the beginning Darragh and the team were very responsive and communicated everything I needed to know and had great customer service. Both my ensuite showers needed a full replacement and rebuild from scratch. The work was very methodical and amazing quality. Darragh and the team had impeccable attention to detail and workmanship resulting in a quality shower. The team were on time, aware of deadlines trustworthy and tidy. I will highly recommend.

Called for a quote and was asked to send through some photos of the job. I did so and it has been 12 days and still no response (even after I followed up with a text two days after the photos were sent). Very unprofessional particularly given read receipts are on. Used a different business who were prompt and very efficient - stay away from these guys.

So impressed with the guys from V. I. P. They repaired my leaking shower and replaced tiles and base. Did a beautiful job and let me know what they were going to do every step of the way.and they cleaned up after the job was completed.

From first contact to job complete I have been totally impressed with Darragh, Mark and James, three very friendly fellows.

The job entailed the removal of an existing shower, walls, tiles and base. Then replace walls, tiles and install new base and the relevant tapware.

The guys were super professional and their attention to detail is just phenomenal. They were punctual and kept me informed about every aspect of the job. I sincerely recommend Darragh and his team on a job well done.
