Violet Town Service Station reviews
27Excellent Shell petrol station/café. Reasonably priced fuel conveniently located with friendly staff and a wide selection of fresh and cooked food ready to go. We discovered it when Euroa township had no power after a storm and happy we did. This will be our new rest stop for future trips. Recommend
Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointing, the ladies were Rude, impatient and not very helpful.
Super clean, great food, awesome service. Perfect stop just off the highway 10/10 would recommend
Lovely lady at front counter, friendly service. Appreciate that, the other BPs on my trip had very rude staff.thank you
What a great little fuel station, the young lady who served me was very welcoming, and the breaky burgers were 10/10.was a pleasant stop.
Disappointed- fried food cold, for example dim sims tough as they have been sitting there so long. Cold Fish, staff did temperature check on fish when I complained and handed it back to me? Offered to cook a fresh one?
Why can’t they just serve hot food? They also need salt and pepper satchels for rolls/ salads.
The service provided is exceptional, the staff are very friendly and happy. The array of food is just incredible, I’ve never seen anything like it in any service station that I’ve used over many many years. It’s a credit to the staff. Take a look for yourself and enjoy
Fantastic coffee, clean toilets and friendly staff.
(suggestion: bacon/egg rolls: yummy, but gladwrap makes them soggy) )
Dropped in for a coffee and a “heart attack muffin” and was surprised when the total cost was $8 - there is a combo deal. Very clean and yummy food!
Stopped to race in for the toilet and shop was full of laughter from the staff. Such a joyful place so decided to grab a couple of things for lunch. Can’t believe how fresh and tasty the premade burgers were. Amazing food.
Super lovely workers. Rare to have a friendly face at a petrol station. Kudos to the staff. The bacon and egg muffin is amazing!
Best coffee we've had since leaving S. A weeks ago. Staff so friendly, highly recommend getting off the Hume and visiting these guys. Thanks girls keep smiling and thanks for flood advice.
Best servo ever! Great food, coffee and overall experience topped off with friendly staff and good prices.
Will be back when I go to Melbourne next!
Fantastic facilities. Toilets, got hot food and drink. Petrol Bowser's can be busy on the weekend. So
Mixed feelings. For past few years this has been my favourite petrol stop en route to Melbourne or if cross country driving from NE Vic to Central Vic - Ballarat etc. It was once a Westside outlet. Cheaper than anywhere else, very clean, well stocked shelves - very impressive. Somewhat shocked on weekend to see it is now a Shell oulet. Pricewise ULP was same price as a Shell outlet in Benalla but 4c a litre cheaper than the huge Euroa Shell stop just down the road. I just wish it had have remained smaller under the Westside brand, but in the end I go there once in a blue moon, so it's more about the local community. Hopefully this change to Shell works for them
One has to get off the main highways to get good deals on petrol and diesel. This servo is a gem. Good food here also. I purchased 2 trifle puddings. Yum.
Takeaway food was not greasy and in good condition unlike some servo food that will break a tooth on contact, chicken sticks were very nice and the ladies serving were polite friendly and helpful, will turn off the hiway again when I'm passing for a rest petrol and a quick snack
Clean amenities, friendly service, nice food, the trifle was delicious. I went at a very busy time just before new years and I had no trouble getting a bowser despite the amount of traffic around. Would stop here again.
The staff are always friendly.
Snacks are pricey but that's to be expected when buying from a service station. I get snacks from there regularly and have gotten out of date food and drinks several times.
The place looks nice since its recent renovation.
