Food, wood and steel art, soaps, handicrafts as well as a good collection local and international style street food.

A GREAT VARIETY OF STALLS MANY FOOD STALLS TO CHOOSE FROM ALOT OF CRAFTS AND PLANRS AVAILABLE, YOU COULD ALMOST SPEND ALL DAY THERE. LOVELY TOWNSHIP VERY OLD BUT QUAINT. AND THEY HAVE THE TRAIN STATION THERE.

Definitely recommended and we'll be back, this time we'll give ourselves abit more time as there's so much to look at.

Surprisingly extensive market. We hadn't been for decades and enjoyed the wide range of goods available. Unfortunately it had been raining the last few days and was a bit boggy but that didn't deter us or the many people there. Lots of parking too. Highly recommended.

Quaint and friendly. Most vendors are bespoke small businesses selling craft or private ventures such as honey or leather works. Parking can be an issue if you get there a little later in the morning.

Excellent country market offering freshly prepared food. Much larger than I expected. A fantastic morning out.

Great event. Worth the drive and visit. Friendly atmosphere. Lots of bargains and different products. Try to go if you ever get the chance. Parking is a challenge but there's room for everyone. Make sure you get there

A great country market which surprised with its size and variety. On the second Saturday morning of each month. Gold coin donation for entry. Local art, craft and produce. Well worth a visit if you are passing by.

Great place to visit, get those beautiful avocados from Shepparton, stunning orchids couldn't resist. Who can resist those fab pizzas we didn't. Thankyou Violet town markets.

First time. Thought it would be a bit bigger with more stall holders and more variety. But it has a nice friendly well organised atmosphere

Lots of stalls. Highlights were tinto bakery, Indian curry and samosa and coffee stalls doing ice coffee. Was expecting bit more fresh veg and stuff from local markets but only one stall.

Such a great atmosphere! All stall holders were lovely, with some even giving away some free goods! Great buskers and music as well. Thanks for the beautiful day Violet Town!:)

Love the new areas within the market. Nice broad spaces through the various stalls and great coffee and food all around.

Such a great day out for people looking for a market with a good range. I love having a look at all the amazing arts and crafts goods then grabbing the great produce and a coffee on the way out. If you want to make it a full day there's always plenty of food options (for vego and non vego) for meals, also just a fantastic way to support the local community as a lot of the food places and stalls are ran by locals to the area!

It's a great market, just needs to have some sawdust or something put down when it has been raining as it's was very muddy.

This is one of the best markets around and well worth the drive from Melbourne. Why not stop at the white hart hotel on the way home.

Great market all year round you will not be disappointed with what you will see and find some many local artisans just awesome

Great little town. Monkey business has great cloths and staff. The cafe has great staff and delicious food. Public toilets at park are always clean and stocked.
