Vintage Sole reviews
23Cool place selling high quality used colthing and accessories. Great price, friendly and professional services. Special compliment to Kayla for her great services.
Love this store, always find something great. Plus the staff are super friendly and helpful
Love this store! Can always find some fun fits so five stars ️ SADLY doing 3 stars as we were not acknowledged on entry and the whole time we were in the store the 3 staff members stood behind the counter chatting personal business makes a huge impact when your greeted, gives good vibes.
Mid variety of overpriced vintage selections in here. Not recommended if you wanna do thrifting.: o
?
Very funky cool store!
Love the lighting and some cool pattern clothes, nothing my style but definitely some good finds if you like grooves patterns!

Would give a 0 if I could. Tried on every type of jeans men’s and women’s I thought at least 1 pair would fit me. Ugly or not I tired them on. None did. I’m a women’s 16 and not a single pair would fit me LET ALONE compliment me. Size 14’s have existed long before the 20th century so get it together
Cute shop with nice pieces, however the store isn’t very size inclusive! I came here with my boyfriend recently and we struggled to find things in our size.we’re both ‘mid-sized’ (i’m a size 14 womens) for reference.please stock bigger sizes! <3
Great unique, really reasonably priced vintage intermixed with basics and more modern pieces. Thanks so much to Kayla and Jack for helping to bring my brown corduroy jacket dream to fruition?
Rude staff, didn’t even acknowledge me and seemed generally annoyed by my presence, mad overpriced.
Expensive for how bad condition the clothes are in.sweater that retailed at $40 20 years ago now being sold for $120 with complimentary crust, massive glue stain and musty sweat smell.mfs don't even wash their inventory.poor form.
Before you head up the stairs make sure you pop into Vintage Sole. Small space but well
Stocked with great vintage gear at good prices. People in the store are super friendly and after shopping, stop by Cathedral Coffee for a great long black.
Terrible customer service where I immediately received eye rolling and bad attitude for asking a simple question. Usually I receive such warm and welcoming assistance so I hope the attitude of this particular staff member changes.
Great service from the girl in the jumpsuit - awesome selection of cowboy boots. Thanks for creating a great western outfit for me!
Their selection is a bit more safer choice for vintage. They have got some very nice knitwear and cowboy boots as well as bags.
Every time I come to any Vintage Sole store, they always make me feel welcome. Customer service is on point and a great selection of clothing and accessories.
We came here to get a fur coat and ended up visiting all three locations. The staff were very helpful and even though the size colour in store wasn’t right, they called around the other stores to see if they had the style and colour I wanted. Eventually, after going to the third store in Windsor, I found what I wanted.
Great job guys thanks.
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I came into the store 15 minutes before closing time and immediately I was unwanted and the staff lady reminded me they were closing in 15. I came down the stairs with 2 items to try on and the two girls looked at me so rudely seeming annoyed and reminding me their closing in 7 minutes. 2 minutes later I took the clothes out and left and when she asked me how I went, I didn’t reply because of the way they had looked at me and then they both laughed as I left. There was also 2 other customers at the store.
Went by on a Saturday with my friend. As always, wanted to purchase more than I could afford. This store is one of the better ones in Melbourne when it comes to vintage and second-hand. It’s not easy finding vintage stores that cater to men well. Vintage Sole usually has a great selection. They always have a very wide range of styles and brands. From amazing denim jackets to shirts and boots. This place has the works. The prices are reasonable, but be prepared to pay more for any branded items.
The first time i went to the store the sales staff were fine. The second time, yesterday about half an hour before closing time one of the young sales ataff in a retro dress was a tad disappointing.i tried to engage her in conversation & she looked at me 'im not talking to you'. You could tell by the blank stare. The other asian staff member was at least friendly. When i was having trouble finding my size in shirts. She was pretty helpful. If they wanted more sales they could be more proactive asking hey i can go through the shirts and help you find ones that fit. A week earlier i saw another sales assistant who i also saw in south yarra. She was great. In south yarra she immediately said hi i saw you at my other store. As a middle aged man the younger girls were fine apart from the one instance. I will give her the benefit of the doubt as it was late in the day. Generally i found some really nice shirts at great prices & overall service was great to indifferent
