Lady was rushing us out of the store.they didn’t close for another 10 min so I ran in quick to see if they had what I needed. Also there was 10 other people in the store and she was following me around saying. You only have 5 mins. Very unprofessional.

Last week I was in the store with my daughter trying to find a last minute outfit for Halloween. The weather was rough and a storm was blowing through and we had just got there in time. My little girl was scared and I was trying to reassure her. One of the volunteers there Sue was so helpful, she took my little girl by the hand and took her over to the stuffed toys and sat with her and comforted her. She also helped us with a last minute Halloween outfit. Thanks Sue you are a credit to your organization. Overall staff are wonderful and prices are reasonable.

Lovely people, very caring and understanding, quite a nice selection of all types from couches to computers they have it all.

Yuk didn't like this store hardly any furniture again they are all turning in to mostly clothing very messy also no smiley greeting won't go back unfortunately

Generally Pretty good most days. Pricing is reasonable too. Pretty Busy on weekends. Stock seems low though!

Very clean, smells nice, friendly and happy staff. I found lots of nice and good quality puzzles/toys for my kinder room.

Well organised place. The bins kept near the entrance door make it easy to donate what you have to give. Stuff in the open bins are collected for sorting, and I wouldn't know how long it takes for the stuff to get to the well organised show room. Show room is spacious, and well laid out. And moreover you can buy some very good stuff including books at very low prices!

Visited here not long back. The place was onn a reasonable location with plenty of parking. A wide range of goods on offer. Friendly service on counter (the day I went). Worthwhile a look for a bargain.

Always good to give and pick up a re- used item or 5 lol, nice staff and cheap stuff here a great way to fill a bit of spare time

Myself and another lady arrived a touch early with donations. Staff member accepted the other lady's donation when she came to the door but told me I have to wait. I went and donated at the Salvos instead.

A well distributed varied store with a bit of everything. A bit overpriced. Very clean and comfortable place to browse at your leisure

One of my favorite op shop in west Melbourne. The lady that runs it is amazing. She's taken over this shop from the previous people because I always go to this op shop, it is now way better then how it was 4 years ago. She always makes sure that her staff are well trained and the shop looks amazing, color coordinated and looks so tidy, the clothing, furniture and bric a brac is worth buying. Definitely the best Vinnie's I've been to.

The staff are very friendly and all work hard to keep the shop clean and organised. Definitely have high standards for their products. You can expect to find high quality homewares, books and clothing. Prices are very good.

Love this place been shopping here at least 2 times a month great friendly staff but some of there prices can be a bit high I do notice that a lot of the furniture is very useful but some are over priced and there are s lot of people out there that sometimes just need a helping hand till they get on there feet

At very short notice Sue and the other staff helped my client out who required some urgent clothing. She was very helpful and went above and beyond! Excellent experience! Thankyou.

Such a wide array of items.
It takes a bit of time searching through the shop
but it's great to explore. You never know what you will find.
Lucky for me I have found a lot of good stuff.
