Won't take donations on a weekend, i was told to call next time, i guess they don't want an entertainment unit worth a couple hundred dollars, they were more interested in sitting at their outside tables having a cuppa and a smoke.

Friendly staff, well laid out store, lots to browse through. And they have eftpos. Will visit again!

Great shop lots of different items for sale at great prices all very well presented also all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a look.

One of the best range and priced op shops around. Mostly hardwares, furniture, painting etc I find is best priced. Lots of clothing racks, generally sorted really well in sizes, colours and seasonal. A little tight on parking spaces.

Staff and store couldn't be lovelier. I don't bother with others now. Due to ISO miss the store so much.

Closing time is 5 PM, asking customers out 8 minutes to 5, reason being they "need to do the till". This is outrageous, I am a sales assistant myself and never do we ask our customers to exit the store before closing time. Cashing up must be done after your closing time, not 8 minutes before! Awful!

Prices were pretty good on most this but was most disappointed by the customer service I received from a staff member by the name of Jan. I went to try on a top and noticed it had a decent size rip so took it to the counter to let them know to which they just shrugged their shoulders at. Kept shopping and then went up to the counter to find that same person sitting at the counter reading something on a box. I patiently waited, it took them a while to notice I was there, they didn’t even apologise, in fact the only thing they said to me was “here’s your change”. Seemed to be a grumpy woman, not great customer service at all.

Overall good clothes although I don't think they put much effort into quality control. I've volunteered in the past at n op shop and know damn well putting a bloody jacket out on the racks is a big no no! I was annoyed and shaken when I discovered a huge blood stain inside of a jacket. It's not the customers responsibility to check. I wished I'd went back but didn't have time to. What a shame as I really liked the jacket and ended up chucking it out.

Please train your volunteers proper and make sure they check the clothes thoroughly first before putting it out especially considering how much some of the clothes are priced now. Give what you expect.

This store has an excellent range of goods that are extremely cheap. It is also very conveniently located. Some of The clothes in here are of excellent quality as well, some you can barely tell whether or not they are second hand or even brand new. There is no point buying designer label or expensive new clothes, if you are on a tight budget this store is the place to look for clothes. Great place to look for gamers too if you are looking for secondhand games or units. Sometimes they are in stock here extremely cheap.

. Vinnies at Carrum Downs is most definitely a great place to get really cool retro bargains at great prices and in generally great condition. My wife and I go there often.

Make sure your navigator doesn't get 562 Frankston-Dandenong Rd in Bangholme: P (exact same address but in next few suburbs over with nothing around)

Ive been buying from these guys for some time now never have i had a Issue with staff and management a1 job guys/girls
