Drink service could slightly be better but it gets the job done. The Pho is delicious! I always order more Brisket Fat. The right place for a quick dine in.

This place was so bad for they keep forgetting our food, lack of service and food was horrible. We asked for prawn spring rolls they came out with meat spring rolls and lack of sauce as well. They forgot 1 of our dishes and the wait time was really long. 30 minutes for food when not much people were there.

Ordered udon crab meat dish for $17. First smell is off and then I tried a few bites and it's not fresh at all. Really disgusting crab smell I had to throw it out. Will not be coming here again unfortunately from my experience.

Fast service, good food, pricing is average. I ordered half a duck and it was the juiciest roasted duck I’ve ever had, however it lacked flavour slightly. Great selection of condiments but I would’ve liked some chilli crisp to go with. Deep fried wontons were delicious, as were the satay chicken skewers. The spring rolls were divine. Will definitely be back.

Been here a couple of times, food and service have always been really good. We had spring rolls, salt and pepper pork chops w/ tomato rice, honey chicken, crab fried rice and spicy beef noodles. All were great and we really enjoyed our dinner.

Had lunch with hubby and mum and it wasn’t our first time since we love coming here over and over due to good food. Staff are nice and service was fast which we love most. However, just on our recent dining we were charged for takeaway containers. For the amount of what we ate you would think that they would be free and the cashier was even unfriendly when I was giving my concern politely, would not budge and waited for me to pay which I did anyway just waiting for explanation and gratitude but full of rudeness and attitude instead. Overall were happy minus that event.

Food was nice and crispy chicken fresh spring rolls were excellent. The lady there tried to sit us next to another couple there when the restaurant was empty and we asked to be seated elsewhere which she didn't want to do at first allowed us to sit where we wanted. Bit strange but I think it was just that particular waiter.

Rice is old, dried and yuck.
Noodle were not fresh.
Would not eat from here even if they paid me to eat food from here

Good tasting food but wait staff have lack of knowledge for the English language! I ordered the Freshly Made Lemon Squash but they gave me a Lemonade! Pho tastes good, not as good as the shops in St Albans. From now on, I will definitely come here on an extremely rare occasion!

Some of our orders never arrived. Upon requesting the server, she stood 2 meters away from us asking what we want. She then served us microwaved roast pork, which we could tell because the plate itself was warmer than the actual dish. After an hour of waiting, our last order never arrived. The staffs were very unapologetic. Such a shame for a nice restaurant.

Where do I start.
Service non existent, order prawn spring rolls as an entree main came out and ask twice where the rolls where, I was given a blank look and an answer they are coming, in the end I cancelled them.
I would normally give second and third chances but not this place.
Staff look disinterested in doing their jobs and it appear that if you aren’t of the same nationality well you just seemed to be shunned.
I will never enter this place again!

Last night was last time we will go here.waited too long for service 35 minutes. 3 times told to wait while wait staff were wandering around. Restaurant was only half full so not hugely busy.she took our order and got order wrong. We showed her the pictures in menu to confirm.not too hard as we ordered the banquet for 5 people and 1 extra dish. When we questioned extra 2 dishes that arrived her reply 'him ordered' 'you pay' and slammed dishes back down on table. Drinks didn't arrive til after most of meal. 3 times we had to request our drinks! No glasses or straws and throw cans upside down on table. Obviously waitress hates her job! Pity their service is so bad as food is usually good.service has consistently gone downhill over past 3-4 visits.sad change to a good business.

Vietnamese food are up to the flavours of the original ones. I ordered a Banh Canh Cua with an actual crab inside. That dish was only 60 dollars. A mind blowing price if you ask me.

Surprised there’s a lot of five stars when my review for Phát Thuận does not even deserve a star at all. Out of all the restaurant experiences I have had in the past, this one in particular takes the cake as the absolute worst. The food we ordered was clearly undercooked - yet the chef insists that it’s completely fine. Not even worth the price of the food. The waiters and especially the restaurant owner was very rude also.

The worst dining experience ever, I wouldn’t give them any even single star if I could cuz they don’t deserve it.

I ordered a Pho, and got some bean sprouts and basils which looked almost rotten. Can’t believe they serve this kinda quality of food. Plus, they miss something on my order, and I questioned, they kept telling me that one was right menu I ordered, they ended up adding it up with very rough manner, staffs are very rude, no apology at all.

Never ever go to this restaurant again.

Definitely the worst staff I have ever experienced.
You'll wait an excessive amount of time to be served unless you're yelling out to the wait staff.
We watched an elderly lady collapse and all the staff ignored her for 15 plus mins. They literally walked around her, not one staff member offered support whilst it appeared she was having heart issues. Shameful behaviour. Go elsewhere for better food and service.

Worst staff ever all staff are rude especially the owner. I booked a table for 15 people 2 days ahead and when i get there i seems they did know the booking they were surprised and talk in their language of course i did not understand what they are saying but we manage to get a table but they are not happy i think because it’s already pass 8pm and they are closing at 9: 30pm and i am not happy with the food that i ate and when i tried to order 3 colours the lady in the counter said no more 3coloura but i am not blind i can see there’s more they just don’t want to serve because it’s around 9pm. Never come back in that restaurant again ever.

I'd been waited for my dish for like 30 minutes, other people went in later but they got their foods. We asked one of the 2 waitress if the food is being prepapred, she didnt say anything and went away, that was rude, been waiting for another 10 minutes, nothing came up, and I gotta cancel it and went home without eating anything.
Customer service is really really bad, the foods isnt better.

Food was tasty but served cold. We had fried Wontons, plus two noodle meals, which were all cold unfortunately.
