Very gentle, kind & proficient. I was very impressed with my 1st to Vineyard Dental Clinic. It is now my Dental Practice of choice.

We took our two year old for his first dentist appointment (familiarisation more than anything) and both the dentist and nurse were very patient and kind with him, he ended up loving the attention He also got a special certificate which he put on the fridge very proudly - a very thoughtful touch and a positive experience all round.

I cannot thank enough Dr. Raf & his amazing assistants to fix my 6yo son’s troubled tooth that we almost gave up on & thought of pulling out. And… one of the most personal, exhausting & psychological things we had to go through with my son at his previous ’traumatic’ dentist experience that left him petrified of dentists!

Since early July 2023 I’ve been looking for good dentist & solutions and only options I was given is Private hospital & general anaesthetics with a bill of $4k and another children dentist In Hawthorn who I still don’t understand why but refused to do ‘laughing gas’ on him to fix the tooth…
And then, I was truely blessed to be referred to Dr Raf! My hero & forever dentist!

My son was so well looked after, talked through each stage of procedure, even chose his own ‘laughing gas’ flavour! And with a blink of an eye, all our 4 months worries went away! I was very teary that this was finally done & cannot express enough my gratitude to Dr. Raf & team for saving the tooth & such pleasant & easy riding experience!

First time visiting this clinic. The reception staff member was lovely. The dentist and assistant were both nice. The dentist talked me through everything. Very happy with the service provided.

I recently had a tooth pulled out at the Vineyard Dentist, and I was very impressed with the care I received. The doctor and nurse were both very calming and patient, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

I was especially impressed with the way the doctor explained the procedure to me in detail. He used gentle language and a soothing tone of voice, and he made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen. This helped me to feel much more relaxed and at ease

Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Vineyard Dentist. The doctor and nurse were both very professional and caring, and they made sure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend this dentist to others.

I recently attended this dental clinic for an emergency dental procedure; I had not been a patient beforehand, and was nervous. They were able to accommodate me, gave me reassurance and I had my broken tooth taken care of painlessly, with kindness and empathy. Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful service.

Dr Raff - AMAZING. Everyone there was absolutely amazing and accomodating. I’m petrified of dentists but these guys truly are THE BEST. I’ll never go anywhere else now.

I attended the Vineyard Dental practice to utilise the ‘no gap’ dental check up and clean and was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The dentist was friendly and very understanding that I was a little anxious. She was calm and gave me breaks when needed. She was gentle and explained what work I will need done in the future and why.

It was a very pleasant experience. The building was very neatly kept and the dentist there was so gentle and understanding. I'm usually scared of dentists but dentist Praj was so gentle and it really helped!

Excellent experience! I'm a Kiwi, over here on holiday, broke a piece of front! Tooth off this morning, thankfully this lovely Dental Practice were able to fit me in and they did an amazing job repairing it. The end result is excellent and all the staff were lovely. The dentist has a lovely manner, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

I always get nervous when visiting a dentist however the staff were very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease immediately.

As far as visiting the dentist a very positive experience, the staff were extremely helpful and informative and the payment options eased the financial burden, all up a professional and respectful clinic which helped put me at ease about attending. Highly recommended.

Been there first time Highly recommend great staff, Dr Met and his colleague did a fabulous job on my dental cleanup and advise me to fill up one wisdom teeth sooner, I made my decision straight away becz he did a super job on the cleanup and made me believe that he knows what’s he doing. He did both procedures pain free and professionally. On the other side Kyle was very helpfull for me at the reception to get the both appointments same day. Look forward to visit again for future dental queries

This was my first visit at this clinic. As a nurse myself I am very particular about various different things but this place is immaculate, spacious, staff are so friendly, Dr Met (Dentist) is absolutely fantastic so gentle, honest and thorougher! He explains treatment options exceptionally well without being pushy and does wonderful work. Kylie takes the time to chat to the clinics patients it’s really nice. This clinic is very reasonably priced. I look forward to coming back very soon!
