I went with a friend on a Wednesday morning and had an incredible time.

We were met in the city, chauffeured around by Rob, who was a fantastic tour guide, has excellent knowledge of the city and the winery themselves.

He was kind enough to make an extra stop to these cheese store mid trip.

The wineries were fantastic, educated us on how the wines were made and the differences that come along with that. Rob has great rapport with them and the entire day was relaxed and fun.

We did the Mornington tour and had a first class experience. Paul is a brilliant guide - friendly, knowledgeable and great company. He clearly has a good relationship with the wineries all of which were excellent. Lunch was superb and everyone in our group was very impressed. We enjoyed the day from start to finish and thought it was very good value.

Paul is a wonderful guide! He is enthusiastic and had lots to share about the animals and plants in the sanctuary which were so interesting for both the adults and the teens. He also had a good idea of the sanctuary layout and the show times which helped us enjoy the place even more.

I went on a Yarra Valley Winery and Wildlife tour through Vinetrekker in April 2023 and absolutely loved my experience. As a solo traveler, this was a wonderful way to get out of the city and experience Australian wineries and wildlife! I was so impressed by the knowledge and hospitality of our guide, Cam, and of all the hosts of the tastings at the wineries. My family and I went on the Yarra Valley Wine and Food group tour - everything about the experience was exceptional and exceeded our expectations, I can't recommend it enough!

Paul was great from start to finish. Pick up time and information was clearly communicated the day before the tour. Once we were en route, Paul facilitated a comfortable group dynamic by introducing us all at the start so we were familiar with each other, provided interesting information along our drive to the Yarra Valley, and took us the scenic route where we could see different parts of the valley before getting to the wineries.

Each winery had something different to offer. We especially enjoyed the food on the trip as well - the cheese pairing and a delicious (and plentiful!) lunch. The lunch course was beyond what we were expecting (pictured is the duck I got - so good! There were sides of bread, potato, and salad too), and provided good sustenance for all the wine drinking we did!

My family and I bought multiple bottles of wine by the end of our tour of the 5 wineries, and we enjoyed it immensely. I'd recommend Vinetrekker to those who live in/around Melbourne as well as those traveling through. Paul was an amazing host - knowledgeable in Melbourne/Australia information and wine/Yarra Valley too. He knows how to facilitate a good time!

Fantastic experience! We were in great hands with Paul, who’s passion for wine shined through on our day tour of the Yarra Valley.

We went to 5 cellar doors:
- Oakridge (Carrie was wonderful!)
- Dominique Portet
- Peyton & Jones (our host was excellent)
- Yering Station (where the wines and our lunch were amazing)
- and finally, De Bortolli (the wine and cheese pairing was a great finish to our day, may have been better before lunch)

Each venue was unique; they showcased their wonderful wines and their own characters.

From boarding the bus to saying goodbye, Paul greeted each of us personally, and knew our names immediately. He connected with each and every guest, and is obviously well known by the wineries in the Valley.

We had a fantastic day on the Mornington Peninsula tour with Paul. I booked a tour for a group of friends and family who are visiting from Ireland, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day. We did tastings at four wonderful wineries and had a beautiful lunch at Merricks General Store - I can’t recommend Vinetrekkers highly enough, one of the best experiences of the trip.
