Vincent's Pizza & Pasta

First time ordering and I must say it has been a pleasure. The delivery was quick and efficient. The pizza and cheesy garlic bread were hot and delicious. To steal a line from Homer Simpson, mmmmm pizza.

I've had quite a few pizzas and parmigiana's from here. Always delivered before the expected time, always hot, and the quality of the food has always been perfect. It's my go to place for takeaway.
I highly recommend Vincent's pizza & pasta.

Pretty good. Driven past multiple times but have never purchased from there. Thought I'd give them a try tonight. Good service, clean premises. Good value. Toppings are a bit thick, but that's just me. I make a lot of my own pizza and it is usually a bit thinner.
Would I go Back? Definitely.
Do yourself a favour and try the pizza from here.

Tonight my brother was misgendered repeatedly by the delivery man in his sixties, the man refused to believe my brother was who he said he was and tried to grab his NAB card from him after refusing to acknowledge his identity saying "you don't look like MR redacted" this gave my brother an immediate anxiety attack and major dysphoria as his dealt with situations like this before and they never go well.

It took my mother and my other sibling to explain the situation and how what the delivery person had done was seriously messed up.
Even after we explained he was rude and misgendered my brother more and was very dismissive.

Absolutely disgusting. Pizzas were delivered to our house and the entire base was uncooked dough all the way through. Inedible. We paid $40 for inedible pizzas. Had to put the pizzas in our oven and cook them properly ourselves, which is pretty disappointing. May as well buy a frozen pizza from the supermarket and cook it yourself. Do yourself a favour - ignore the 5 star reviews (this is not 5 star pizza!) and DO NOT buy these pizzas.

We decided to give a new place a go and tried Vincent's. It's but off the list for next time. They put ingredients on the bottom and cheese on top and a huge amount of olive oil under the tomato paste so toppings fall off and ingredients were average like from a can. Dough just oily. Overall this place was ok but could do better

On the 26/08/19 about 8: 40pm I had a strong desire for Pizza.
So I decided to check out on line the local Pizza places and found Vincent's Pizza and Pasta Place.
I'd never had them before and decided to give them a shot.

I gave them a call and ordered a small Aussie Pizza with double mushrooms and their cheesy garlic bread to be paid by card upon delivery.
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice, polite and accommodating about it (considering I asked for extra ingredients).

I was told it would be an 1/2 hour wait time but within 20 minutes my order was delivered.
The delivery driver was also very polite and professional.

The Pizza and the garlic bread were the best I've had in years!
I usually only eat three slices of pizza per meal but I ate the whole six slices of this pizza in one go.
The cheesy garlic bread was also delightfully and very generously filled with much more cheese than I thought it would be.

Overall I'd say Vincent's Pizza and Pasta is one of the best Pizza places in Werribee.

This pizza Pala is amazing. I cannot explain how great this place is. Their food is amazing, and their customer service is out of this world. No one can come close. Silly me ordered Pick up instead of Delivery. We only realised when the place was closed. We made the mistake so were happy and was hoping one of the team members would enjoy the pizza. About 30min or more the owner of the facility called and asked where we were. We explained our silly mistake and said to not worry, and we apologise and said we messed up big time, to keep their money they earnt and to take the food home and enjoy it. The man insisted he would drop the food off and wouldn't have it any other way. Our house was not on his way home. He and they are amazing and cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much again I have never experienced such great/ amazing customer service, and everyone should come here!

Second time trying these guys and it's just great. Wasn't sure if just a case of first time lucky but that's not it. Pizza hot, loaded with toppings, beautiful thin crust and tasty! Couldn't fault it at all. Thanks guys

Ripped off via menu log. Claiming delivery is 5 dollars on the app then charging 7 dollars in checkout. Won't be ordering delivery again

Pathetic service and food. Delivery driver brought the wrong order then returned 20 minutes later with cold food. The pizzas were disgusting a frozen pizza has more taste wont order ever again.

Not consistent. Was good 1st time.this time it's like eating something stale and nothing was flavourful even though i took half n half of 2 types of pizzas. I have eaten frozen pizzas better tasting than this. Disappointed. Going back to Dominos or Pizza hut from next time.

The best pizzas I have had for years. Full of fresh ingredients. Never had a bad one from them. Only problem is my daughter is missing their lasagne.

A diamond in the rough. We recently moved to the area and were travelling to our old pizza place, but got tired of the drive. We thought we'd give Vincent's Pizza and Pasta a gamble and we can't stop going back.

The toppings are abundant and fresh, the carbonara is delicious (ask all my kids) and the customer service is immaculate. We've only been going for a few months and they know us by name.
Couldn't recommend them any more.

Since moving to Werribee I struggled to find a pizza shop that I really loved - until I found Vincent's pizza. The pizza is AMAZING and the staff are lovely & always smiling. Highly recommend.

Good service with a smile, and great range of italian food on offer.
Fast and prompt delivery.
Very accessible location with ample parking, childrens park beside the shopping strip to have a walk and play while waiting food to be cooked.
Tasty food.

They always made great pizza but tonights pizza was just a big slop cheese tasted like home brand the base was even cooked so disappointed never go back

Arrived 30min late. No garlic bread. 2 out of 4 toppings that we paid extra for were also missing. Just tasted like cheap terrible cheese as it overpowered the whole pizza. Will NEVER order from here again. Very disappointed!
