Don’t norther they would rather leave you sleeping on the streets especially TAMMY who thinks the place belongs to her father! As though she inherited it. I hope one day it’s her who needs assistance and gets the same condescending attitude she gives. She ruined my assessment and stopped the process therefore ruined my future chances. And stopped Joshua doing his job and literally kicked my support worker and I out for no reason. No one invited her into my assessment why she got involved is beyond me. Very rude place very rude staff. You will get no help!

Yolanda was lovely on the phones but this morning she was absolutely so rude to us.
As I introduced myself and explained why were here she literally interrupted my sentence to ask for my fsthers pension card without letting me finish the sentence?
Bad start already, I pushed passed finished my sentence

Then advised not much they can do as dad needs to find a rental.
Why do you think we're here? For fun!?
He is vulnerable homeless and and we need help to navigate our way around.
The while conversation was terrible as she left a bad Impression and spoke condescendingly to myself and my 70 year old father.

She then asked why we haven't found private rental to which I said it's impossible everything is taken or too expensive dad can't even afford to fix his teeth to which my father opened his mouth and showed her his teeth. I DONT control his impulsive decision she said that she finds that rude and said she didn't even want to see his mouth on a Mondaymorning.why would I want to see that, ididn't even agree.
How can you not comprehend he is not all there mentally how bloody rude can you be.

Overall said myaged care has dissapointed her due to the lack of support they are giving us to which we already know and agree.so glad I came in to advocate cause her attitude was poor and disgusting.

Did get great support from mariam just a bunch of papers and advice on how to apply for rentals.great help to your elderly citizens

Imagine being vulnerable and elderly with severe health problems and mental health issues coming into an organisation for help and being spokentolike that.shame on you wonder why you're in this field, maybe centrelink or dhhs housing would better suit you. No people skills at all

The worse and the most judgemental service I've ever come across, the one time I struggle and asked for help to what I'm actually entitled for, they acted like they were on top of the world, Rachel told me my kids will have to go without Christmas and guess what, they had a good Christmas thanks to myself. Besides, they didn't give me full amount and what I was entitled for in the program so basically let's just say she only helps who she chooses.

I'm bloody homeless online the boys are fine and these people meant to be finding me like a refuge or just rooming houses is all they are willing to offer me so disgusting I wouldn't let my dog sleep there it was really that bad I'm so stressed I just want my house, and my TY Ty who's my youngest 17 and I had to turn to leave home and go there but his Brothers because I couldn't afford to keep the it was too much ran and unfortunately I don't get paid weekly anymore

Not helpful at all cost us a place tgey said look for place we pay four weeks rent we got place after 2 years on streets Tgen they stuffed around didn’t pay real estate had other offers said sorry can’t wait

The staff Were fantastic they have helped me in so many ways, with housing an with my mental issues l have had
I just want to say thank you all, for the support l have received from the staff
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is the worst place anyone could go I was struggling family issues needed help but never got I’m still struggling sometimes I feel like just to leave this whole world the pressure and pain I go through every day I’m still looking help but never find anything

Unproffesional dishonest unethical untrained stuff that won’t assess your situation. Very Poor customer service and if you were homeless they will mistreate you and be very rude to you and aggressive. I never came across service or organisation like that it’s horrible. I’m glad I went to another organisation that was very caring and professional and do fair assessment. There are good organisations don’t let this poor service let you down fight for your right and get a legal advice if you needed it. They are not ethical people don’t trust them.
