Village Square

Sadly its list a bit of its charm now that the old Kooroora has gone.litle bit sterile and concrete jungle looking which is a shame

I only go up during the week and during summer/off season.
I have trouble finding an open cafe for coffee or lunch. So check before you go. The road up is nice and smooth, great bike road for motorcycle or push. And being summer plenty of parking.take the dirt road to almost the summit for the best views. On the way down, go into the big car parks to get an awesome view of Mt Stirling.
Check the Mt Buller app or website to see what activities are on to check to see if the road is closed.

I don’t ski but my family do. I spend the day in the village square at My Buller ski resort. I just enjoying the sites and sounds. The tourist lift is also a must! Excellent views from the top.

Always a joy to be at Buller. Unique square and unique sculptures make the square a great place to visit.

The main square at Mt Buller, central access to key areas such as Bourke st chair lift, restaurants, info centre, ski hire, clock tower, village shuttle bus, and bus terminal. This area is the meeting point of the town.
Also has a police and fire station.

Nice place for skiing. So scrowded and so much much fun. Worth to visit while you are in Melbourne in the winter. Don't miss it.

It's great to see that Mt Buller makes an effort to have an engaging atmosphere. Highlight was the native grass sculptures made of skis.

It's a very different place in summer, lots of tradies working to get the place ready for winter.

I love the snow and everything i just hate how everything is so expensive and its card only in every store like what!?

First time visiting the snow and it was a treat. Specialty stores to visit during your holiday away or day of fun. Great to be able to get ski gear hire or buy it. Go once and you are sure to be going again.

Great place, hope to get in another visit before the season ends. Snowed while we were there which was fantastic?

The interior finishes of carpet, timber lined ceilings, timber furnishings, fireplace etc.have been selected to add warmth and colour together with durability during the busy winter months. The new Plaza Centre will provide a comfortable centrally located facility for visitors during both the winter and summer seasons

Just been last Saturday awesome place nice village loved the restaurant bar place I had a cold drink there great service very welcoming I'll be back soon.

Awesome fun in the snow.could have a motorised ramp for the old and sore to the beginner area. Stairs are a killer in those boots

Easy place to navigate with shops, information, accomodation and restaurants. Free wifi here as well to keep you occupied when waiting to meet people. Wonderful views and easy to access facilities. Nice to come and walk around at night too to see the lights they have out and enjoy the scenery. Everything is definitely expensive so if you wanted to save money pack a lunch and bring water with you.

I came here on a day trip and weather was quite amazing as it was sunny with snow everywhere simply worth it.

These 5 stars are for this legend. My favorite thing on Mt Buller - small hot doughnuts. Last time I forgot my wallet in car and couldn't get a cash out to buy these delicious doughnuts. I tried my best to get the cash but no success. So I went to this champ and asked him to do a bank transfer but he gave me free doughnuts. I was so happy and grateful for his act. If you are visiting Mt Buller do try those freshly made delicious doughnuts.

Always an amazing time in snow. Great family place with hot doughnuts coffee and so much. I love evry bit of it.

Nothing special about the village square. In my opinion it misses little shops or stalls with food and drinks to increase the atmosphere and invite people to sit there and stay a while. As it is it feels cold and heartless.
