Village Cinemas Morwell reviews
64Very few people here when visited and watching Avatar 2, great atmosphere and clean cinemas. Food and beer sold here was good 2.
Very well-organized cinema that was very clean and had polite staff. Huge carpark out front and a large foyer. Inside is a games area, ticket and candy bar area as well. Toilets were very clean.
I guess Gippsland will always be second rate.but these are the best we have.it really needs a major complex upgrade however very nice staff and good clean cinemas.just needs a giant screen
Came and saw Avatar on Boxing day. Best movie of the year! We were served by Shane and he had the best customer service I've experienced. We had a large family group with a difficult and large order and Shane was exceptional! We will be back again.
Shannon from village cinema Morwell is the lady to see! Absolutely amazing customer service! Highly recommend her!
Thanks again for sorting out my gift cards and delivery
Not a bad place but every time we go there is always popcorn on our seats i don’t mind cleaning lol but i don’t want to have to touch others popcorn:)
Enjoyed the movie disappointed that lights were left on during the film. Cinema was cold however the hallway and facilities once you left the cinema was heated well.
My 11 year old left her handbag in a cinema. Staff were amazing and helpful in returning it.
Thanks
Nice and clean. Great service and reward system that saves money. Companion card's accepted. Enjoyable experience for people of all abilities as lift for people in wheelchair etc.
Decided to bring my 4yr old and 9yr old to see the Minions movie today. Didn’t realise I would be abused and physically pushed (assaulted) by a so called Mother which was also there with her little one. All because she was politely told that these might be our seats, sorry…
If the cinema wasn’t so full I wouldn’t have even asked… would have just sat elsewhere!
The young lady working at the candy bar asked if i would like her to remove the offender, feeling worried about her safety, I asked for a security guard, unfortunately there were none! So I left it at that. Enough damage was done, my youngest was really anxious at this stage, witnessing all this. The Village employee was really lovely and very apologetic and did comp us but I find myself sitting here, writing this instead of enjoying the movie. NO ONE Has the right to be abusive! Verbally or physically! Village, please get some security guards so that ferrule people like this can be thrown out of the cinema! Ruined our whole day! Not to mention what a great example for her child! Disgusting!
My wife wanted to see Downton Abbey! First time at this cinema. Very friendly staff (Kellie) and we had the cinema to ourselves.
Very clean, seats are super comfortable and lean back, sound is great quality. A nice place to watch new movies.
I was completely satisfied with the incredible customer service and exquisite food and drinks in my gold class experience. Would highly recommend if you want a great meal and movie in a gold class cinema.
Nice.
Seats are very uncomfortable. Even more see when you "recline" them. Reclines just as much as an airplane seat does. No leg rests either.
Since the new renovations the cinema experience has greatly improved! The new seating makes for a significantly better viewing experience.
Have been here quite a few times both post and pre Covid, has had a more recent update and renovation inside.
Very comfortable cinemas with chairs that recline a little bit, no gold class but definitely a worthwhile stop for the rural area.
Haven't been there but tried to find out what prices they are not on website and cannot get anyone on the phone only a recording, so we wont be sending our grandchildren there to see any movies, such poor service
Saw BTS here. Was the best experience of my life and was personally more fulfilling than both my wedding and the birth of my first born child.
Seats where suprisingly good, screens could be a little bigger but perfect for the cinema size
My son lost a very sentimental item at the cinema and the staff went above and beyond, found the item and ensured we got it back- more humanity than I have seen in the longest ever time - THANK YOU JESSICA WE LOVE YOU ENDLESSLY
