Attentive, friendly service by Gold Class staff. Comfortable, clean cinemas. Parking on site and conveniently located at Pacific Plaza.

Always a pretty good experience but way to expensive for the tickets & food. I'll only (maybe) do this on Special Occasions.

So I have been at Village Cinemas Werribee to watching a Bengali (Indian) movie. I travelled from Melbourne City (South Bank). It took around 40mins to reach the place.

Now coming to it's place:
Cleanliness- Restrooms or Toilets was not at all maintained.
Ambience- Quite lively. It was crowded that day.
Food & Beverages - I found cold drinks, chips and pop corn inside the cinema area. It would be better if we could get few more items. Then people wouldn't have to carry food from outside.

Movie time I always a fun time! This time to my surprise, the movie hall was clean, which is a bonus. The staff actually reached out first to the patrons in click and collect queue which was great!
Thank you to the team at village cinemas Werribee!

Worst experience ever. Line up for candy bar was ridiculous, only 3 registers open. Seating in the cinemas are terrible. Boxes provided as leg rests for kids to kick like a drum. Food was poor quality, half a box of corn kernals. Soft drinks were flat, choc top broken. The application to pre-order food or even have it delivered doesn't work on the application. Tried on 4 different phones. Blue dots on the screen the entire movie. People carrying on being disruptive and no staff providing quality control. Over crowded and under staffed. Will not being coming back, such a waste of time and money.

Lovely, its the one cinema i know that doesn't have sticky seats. In the area where you pay for tickets, or wait for others to show up, they need to add way more seats.

Gold Class - Prices of tickets, booking fees, food and drinks keep going up. Quality, quantity and value for money keep going down. Even on a discount ticket you're looking at more than $120 for two people to see a movie and have one drink and a bite to eat. -

[edit] Two years later and it's only got worse, plus, the new app is absolutely terrible and all over the place. It's rapidly getting to the point that Steven Spielberg said that cinema was heading back around 2010.

The cinema experience is becoming like a visit to the theatre. One that is expensive and only done on very specific and special occasions. Village Cinemas seems to be doing everything in its power to facilitate that.

The theater seats were noisy.
They def need greasing.
Wasn't comfortable in seat for 2.30 hrs.
I felt Hoyt's is much better in rate and seats. And the comfort is on next level.

The cinema was lovely and clean - there were not too many people in the cinema, although they did seat people closer than i would have expected, during covid restrictions. Food was great

First things first: D-I-S-A-P-P-O-I-N-T-I-N-G. For years I’ve been going to Gold Class here, but I think it’s time to move to another cinema. It took me 15-20 mins to get one of their attention to order the food, and a bunch of them were even gathered to scan the tickets of customers + had time to talk to each other? Poor service. They also only told us they ran out of one of the food we wanted + gave us the wrong order DURING the movie when I just wanted to pay attention to the film. Please train your workers better, what a joke. We paid like almost $190 in total for tickets and food, are they underpaid or something?

Aside from the various people who felt the need to talk the entire time throughout the movie, and the fact that the two cheese boards we ordered only had four tiny pieces of the one type of cheese, and the glasses of wine that were actually slammed onto the table, I can honestly say that the soap in the men's lavatory smelled nice, unlike practically everything else about Werribee Gold Class.

10/10 would NOT recommend!

Great experience and customer service. Tiny bit expensive but theaters are clean and reputable.

The reason I gave 2 stars for the gold class because it was not expected the way I wanted. We ordered my fav raspberry white chocolate popcorns and two sparkling water. They accept the payment and everything. When we were waiting for our orders. They said they runout of the sparking water small bottles and the raspberry popcorn you can choose the salted caramel. Man! Is it too difficult to know what you’ve got in your store before making orders and limiting people choice. So, I end up choosing salted caramel popcorn which I never eat. And one big bottle of sparkling water. The only thing enjoyable is the way you lye down on the chair and enjoy the movie.

Not sure why they don't spread people out. No social distancing at all. Empty space but they put everyone so close together. I kept my mask on as a person a few seats down had a bad cough.

Seats are uncomfortable and the smell of the cinemas are old and stingy. Tho the staff are accomodating and very nice. Snacks must have more selections and varieties.

Good place no snacks available other than pop corn. I know this is completely different than India but never expected such a deserted food section in Cinemas.

Great place to watch movies, easily located in major shopping centres, venues are maintained relatively clean. The feedback I can give is 1. Pls reduce the salt amount in your popcorn, it's not good for peoples health 2. If you are charging about $50 for Gold class, may be you can offer a mini popcorn and a small drink free as part of the ticket, kids sizes may be, like Hoyts does 3. Considering society is moving towards vegan options, pls get some more vegan/vegetarian options in Gold class menu
