I have been to Karingel Gold Class several times and I am dissatisfied with the customer service. Each time I waited over 20 minutes to order something and I received the order not on time. And the people who came after me were served within 5 minutes. Yesterday I was supposed to receive it at the beginning and I got it after 45 minutes, which is a pity

Went to Gold Class 09.04.2022. Arrive half an hour prior as requested. Our order wasn't taken till just on entering time. First drink came on hour later main meal 30mins later. Second drink arrived 30mins before the end and didnt get desert that was paid for. This was refunded but it wasnt good enough. Nearly $200 spent only to be let down by poor service. All atempt to lodge a complaint have been poor. Promises that somebody will contact you have come to nothing. I'm still waiting.
I'm thinking that the same or less could be spent with a much better out come by going to Hoyts and a restaurant.
Sad thing this wasnt an isolated event

Favourite village cinema to go to. Always clean and so much quieter than fountain gate. Staff are friendly. Great local cinema.

Really needs a refurb. Not even Gold Class is gold class, it's really not good enough. Can I give 0 stars?

Seats are absolutely filthy, gave me a rash on my arms.

Stains are very prominent on a lot of the seats, hoping they remove or at least have the decency to clean the chairs once in a while…

Absolutely pathetic that your only contact options are to go into a cinema or send an email.
Hoyts here we come.

Huge complex with heaps of theatres, only one staff member on at kiosk on Valentine's day. They need more staff, felt sorry for her and people had to wait in a long line.

Waited half an hour to get tickets. Two staff on duty and long queues. Very poor service Village. No ticket booths available either.

Wanted to surprise a couple of friends with a "special" treat, so I booked tickets to a Gold Class session on Saturday night (12 Feb 2022). We ordered food which was very appetizingly described on the menu. Amongst other items, we ordered two pizzas at $26.00 each. My goodness.take these items OFF your menu. They were tasteless, very very thin based and obviously had been frozen. Support local business and order accordingly! There are only two times that food can be supplied, so think outside the box! I highly doubt that the pizza let alone any other menu items are made fresh in "their kitchen" and in my opinion stating that food is, is false advertising. Perhaps Chef Kirby should sit down and enjoy at least a pizza or two to see where his "Culinary Experience" statement needs to be modified. What could have turned out to be a fun experience, unfortunately, turned sour because of the food experience aspect. Staff were great, cannot fault.

Nice to get back to Gold Class. Not too busy and staff were excellent. Great movie The Dry with Eric Bana. Great twists and turns. Can’t beat the “Double Deal” $30 either. 2 deserts and 2 Hot Chocolates, Bargain.

Expensive, run by unsupervised teenagers who do their best. Gold Class food got delivered to the wrong couple. Sound in the VMAX cinema terrible, worst anywhere I have heard. You need to get the delays calibrated. Fairy floss nearly $10, give me a break!

The refurb outside is looking nice, it will be a great spot once more restaurants open up outside for a really great night out (dinner & a movie)! While the seats aren't as cushy as Hoyts, it is great for young families as you are seated closer to your little ones!

Have been to Gold class twice first time to see no time to die before Xmas & on the 27th December to see the matrix revolutions. The seats were great but the food was terrible both times. Would not recommend buying a meal there. I had bacon & cheese potato wedges and my husband ordered spring rolls. The wedges were glued to the plate with small hard bits of bacon I could hardly chew. I gave up trying to prize them off the plate. The spring rolls were not much better either my husband said there was hardly any filling in them. We ordered mini burgers the 1st time we were there and they were not much better. Not really a gold class experience as regards dining. The chefs should be sacked for serving such terrible food!

Ordered food and drinks in Gold Class didn't get served until middway through the movie, waited to be served for over 45 minutes to the point of the end of the movie was literally 5 minutes away for someone to finally approach us to see what we were after. Sadly disappointed especially spending the amount we already had

Wait too long in que for tickets while people decide what food they want. Bring back the ticket box for those that don't want food

Visits to Gold Class: Very new cinema, easy and very close parking and easy access from tollroad or freeway. Newness is the best aspect. Elevator up but not down, did not look for a lift. Similar facilities to other Village gold class (large reclining seats, wait service, alcohol and food). We visited 3 times in 2 weeks, so we enjoyed the facilities.

Parking is easy, popcorn is delicious, clean all around. Gold Class food is just okay and standard seating comfortable enough for the two or so hours you're there.
