Village Cinemas reviews
60Charge you a fortune to stand in a 15minute line to buy terrible popcorn. Surely at these prices they could afford to employ a few more people.
It’s pretty good, it’s got all the different categories eg, gold, vmax, vjr and the standards as well. The staff are nice.
Gold Class delivers a great movie experience with friendly staff and comfortable reclining chairs. If you want to see a movie in luxury and enjoy good food this is the place.
Southland is where i had my first cinema experience and it is where I will always go. There is no place else i would go to watch a movie. Southland cinemas have everything covered from awesome sound systems, to huge screens and well most importantly comfortable chairs. The good times and memories i have had are simply irreplaceable. It feels like more than just a movie theatre, it feels like home.
Great place, lost my phone there and when I cam back they had it ready to return to me. Staff lawys nice.
Just watch Fast 9 in Village cinemas, and I must say it is good to watch on weekdays and first session because the cinema is almost empty! It is good because it is pandemic after all. The lesser people the better at this time. ️
Village cinemas is the best place to watch a movie. The workers there are helpful, kind and welcoming. But the only thing I hate is that u can't bring your own food from somewhere else. The tickets plus the food from the movies are like $40 for one person.
We are in the middle of covid and the cinema was filthy
The assistant only cleaned the seats reluctantly
Bad service and poor hygiene
I was able to visit Gold Class last Wednesday to watch an advanced screening of Spiral: From the Book of Saw. Had an absolute blast with the movie and the Gold Class service was great as always. Looking forward to my next visit!
Had a great night out with my daughter. Happy with the cleanliness of the cinema. Too bad the activities in the VJunior section weren't working but still happy overall.
This Cinema is awesome, over all a good experience, also many restaurants along side the Cinema with plenty of parking available
Nice getting back to the cinema again but wasn’t amazed about the food. Loved the movie Fast and Furious 9
Great fun getting back to see a film after a long time, very few surrounding cafe spots with the works though.
No lines, great movie. (Nobody). First time getting seniors tickets even though I'm a few years off.
Mortal Kombat watched today, not a bad movie, bit gruesome for young children, though good seems to overthrow evil, once again.
Village cinemas in southland were amazing, Lachlan and James in particular, husband couldn't come, we had an extra ticket, they refunded our 4th ticket. I haven't experienced customer service this good in what feels like years. I'll go to the movies more often now.
Visited the vjunior theatre. What a fabulous place for kids. Bean bag seats, regular seats and lounge seats. Best of all the slide inside the theatre. There were activities for kids as you entered the vjunior area as well. Just a wonderful place to spend time with family.
Your online booking is awful. It always either processes the payment forever or comes up with an internal system error.
I now hope the cinema industry dies sooner. You all deserve to live on the streets.
We where going to watch a movie in Europa and some chick wouldn’t let us in for no id but we had our valid id
Today I took my grandson to see Peter rabbit 2. We were very excited about going to the cinema 10am came and the movie didn’t start all we got was a annoyingly buzzing sound for ten minutes then the movie started and we had no sound for nearly ten minutes. Then we finally got sound so the movie was rewound back to start. Then the movie just stopped suddenly and five minutes later the intermission started with another fifteen minutes to wait. My four year old was bored now and had lost interest. Spoke to the manager after the movie telling him how I thought it was pretty bad after paying $40.00 to watch. All he could say it was acceptable because it was a technical issue. Poor service ️
