Villa Bambini Early Learning Centre Templestowe

My three boys have all attended Villa Bambini and we could not be happier. The carers at Villa Bambini go above and beyond to ensure children are safe, happy and constantly encouraged. Highly recommend Villa Bambini to parents in the community as its diverse and so amazing!

I just love this early learning centre. All three my boys just love it here. They are well cared for and the meals are just first class!

High quality services. Looks after the kids very well. Excellent daily routines. Kids are growing and gaining knowledge nice and well here. Very clean and hygienic. Good meal plans. Teachers and staff are very nice, kind and helpful. Very satisfied and excellent.

My husband & I are thrilled with Villa Bambini. The location, parking, educators & chef would all get a 10/10 Lovely modern facilities.

My little attended VB Templestowe from 10 months up until he turned 3 and I would happily kept him there had we not moved further away from the centre.
Shalini and the staff at this centre are a dream team and I say this with all sincerity.
Every staff member who worked the same room as my little one knew every little thing about him, his personality, his interests, the things that made him him, and they each shared a really beautiful bond with him which says a lot about a centre and it's leadership. The thing that surprised me the most about VB Templestowe was that in each room my little one qas in it honestly felt as if Thigh each educator was hand picked with great thoughtfulness and careful intent because each educator was there with either love, passion or deep care (if not all 3). It was the safest space for my child second to his home and we are devastated we've had to part ways but could not recommend it enough!
On to more practical notes:
All their meals are halal friendly, the centre cook is absolutely wonderful and put up some amazing meals for the kids.
Parking is ample though can get busy so please be considerate of others when parking.
They have impressive outdoor spaces that don't compromise on variety or quality of equipment and toys and they are guppy to tailor outdoor play to each individual child (mine was sea life obsessed and was provided ample opportunities to further explore his passion).
The staff re great listeners and very considerate when it comes to parent engagement.
Centre communication is excellent, I've never had to chase them up for anything, family service and engagement really is one of the top priorities.
They have a fantastic sports and music program, their routine and structure has been consistent and reliable. Lastly, the growth and development they foster is truly praiseworthy! My little one was coming home so chatty and learning new skills and having those good habits reinforced so strongly, it was absolute peace of mind knowing he is in the right hands when I hand him over.
Honestly can not recommend VB Templestowe enough, they're truly wonderful.

The Villa Bambini Templestowe facilities and staff are beyond impressive. Their rooms are big, clean and well designed. Their toys always look brand new, they are educational, current and have a lot of variety to keep it fun for the kids. I had my son in a number of facilities prior to this one and I am so glad I kept looking. My daughter has since started here and she is also thriving. I give this learning centre 10 stars!

My husband and I both are working full-time and have busy days most of the time. This childcare put my family in difficulties and made life even harder.
I mentioned to some of them in bullet points:
- Educators didn't make my kid settle in a long time and just kept her there for a few hours, and once we started new childcare once a week, she got settled immediately on the first day of the attempt and stayed there full-time.
- They took advantage of me once I told them I wanted my baby to have a smooth transition and didn't try to help her settle.
- They asked us to stop playing music at home since she loves music. I talked to a psychologist and some other educators in the other centre, and they said it's not a valid request, and they need to distract kids with different things.
- The other parents came and told me you are playing music a lot. Even they complained to other parents, which was very unprofessional behaviour.
- Once I was waiting to pick up my baby, I saw one of the educators pulling her hand to walk faster, and my baby fell on her knees in front of my eyes. I thought about what happened behind the walls.
- I booked my baby's name after the lockdown; once I decided to bring her back to the childcare, they said we don't have any spot for that, they I paid. It means they sold one place to two kids.

We had a great experience with the previous centre director, but under the new centre team, we have experienced safety issues, lack of care, staff rotation, unhappy educators that had resulted in unhappy children, unprofessional behaviour of new team with parents, and many more issues. When we raised our concern, we were told by the room leader that we could move our child to another centre if we wanted. I listened to them and immediately moved my child to a better centre. Once we made a complaint, the Operations Development manager mentioned that they had reported this incident to the Police due to the distressing nature of this incident to their educator; instead of trying open communication, listening to their parents and make them comfortable.
For the parents, trust and a safe place for their children is the most important factor, but our child and we have experienced many stresses and ended up moving to a new centre in the middle of the year.
Do not recommend this centre under this management team to any parents who care about their children.

The team is good with my daughter and I could see that she managed to settle pretty quickly with the educators in the Toddler Room. Facilities are clean, rooms are bright and airy and the food is good.
Lockdown has been difficult for us with immunocompromised in our household but the center manager Shalini has gone an extra mile in helping us navigate through it all. We look forward to going back soon! Thank you Villa Bambini!

What a wonderful team of Educators, so approachable and humble with the children. They are very caring and regularly providing feedback about the progress of our kids. Our children have bonded with their educators and constantly give us positive feedback regarding them - Thank you guys!

A safe and enriching place for children. The staff here are very professional and very attentive to all the needs of the children.

The 3 wonderful ladies in the pretoddler room Fiona, Peki and Monica, did an amazing job of looking after my daughter for the short time she was there-she got quite attached to them. We can't wait to return in the new year. I highly recommend this centre.

Right at the beginning when we came in for a tour, my husband and I knew this was the centre we want our little James to be at. We had several tours booked with other centres, but cancelled them all. The reception staff were so welcoming and full of valuable information.   So much support and understanding from the lovely team, towards us new parents.
Couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. Highly recommended this centre to all families, looking for a passionate team of educators.

First time using childcare and honestly couldn't have picked a better place. The educators, the environment, communication with parents, very understanding, super polite AND my child is experiencing interactive activities!

This is a great centre! It's purpose built, so the facilities are gorgeous! The staff are lovely - they have gone out of their way to make my boy feel at home and to introduce toys he loves. And they always make time to keep me updated. Management has been great too - Lakita has gone above and beyond to accommodate us and make my son's transition to daycare as easy as possible. Highly recommended!
