If you are looking for a video production agency who will walk hand in hand with you through the entire experience (start to finish and beyond) then Vidico is the company for you! We came to them with a fairly complicated project from our point of view. Looking to launch our brand, we needed an explainer video that would clearly lay out what we do as a business and how exactly we do that. This video needed to explain both a variety of components and a number of different use cases to our potential customers. We didn't know how it was going to work exactly but they were more than willing to take on the challenge head-on!

From our very first onboarding meetings with Felipe to mapping out the script and storyboards with Erin to the actual production process with Bridget, the team at Vidico was by our side during the entire way. They really took the time to get to know the look, feel and tone of our brand. And, the resulting animated explainer video far exceeded our expectations! It showcases the personality of our brand while clearly laying out all of the information we needed to get across. They were easy to work with, always open to making changes/edits and were a helpful sounding board when we needed their opinions on which direction to go in as they have done this many times before and we were new to the game. I worked with Evan and Aysha at Vidico to produce an animated explainer video for my early-stage company and I am utterly delighted with the result. It's everything I wanted and much more. From the moment I first made an enquiry they have been punctual, collaborative and professional, and the final work is of the highest quality. The process is thorough too, from the early conversations to detailed storyboarding and artworking.

I'm based in the UK so my correspondence with Vidico was done fully remotely. While I briefly considered using a less expensive local company, Vidico really understand digital product and SaaS companies and how to explain their product's features, and this clearly flows through into their work. I think this is the most important part, as there are many video agencies now but none so focused on this niche as Vidico.
