Responded to my request, completed repairing my carage door and installing new opener in the same day. Very good materials and highly skilled workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate a moment in recommending them as experienced, honest and efficient.

I have a garage door opening issue after the power cut. Vicway Australia remotely assist me solving the problem. Very nice person and did not charge any service fee. Very impressive

Great after sales support service. Had an issue with the door and Vicway were able to guide me through the resolution over the phone without having to get the original installer involved.

After service is horrendous to non-existent.

Don't wait until you have issues with your roller doors to contact Vicway, best avoid altogether.

Garage has not been responding to the remote control.change batteries - that isn't it.
Manual is confusing.then I find the small print.garage door mechanism will need servicing at 6000 cycles, seems it is programmed to stop working.it is set up - so you HAVE to call their service people -

Disappointing service. We have 3 of these installed on our garage and they play up quite a bit. Now trying to get a manual and I can’t get a response to emails. When I finally get a reply, all they say is “call our office”

I just need the manual and the whole reason I am emailing not calling is they are not open when I am available to call,
