44 Dreadful service and illegal (will be complaining to the ACCC), presented one product as the same and another, when I tried to return it after discovering the fit was different they denied the return, and continued to make the false claim of the fit being the same.
In response to the store reply, I have emailed. However, given in store they promised they'd call me Monday and on Friday I'm still waiting I do not believe their response is genuine.
Further update: It has been 17 days since I've emailed and they've done nothing but reply and say they're investigating.
I only walked in for 10 seconds, didn’t put my hand on anything, and the doorman/ security asked to check my bag when I walk out, and even flip through my bag a little bit, it was really really unpleasant experience.

I have shopped lingeries, pajamas and perfumes at the Emporium’s VS several times since they reopened. I have only returned because it’s close to my home. But I will never go this store again!
I have been stared at and harassed by the manager almost every time I attended this store. She made me really uncomfortable because her disrespectful behavior of “measuring with the eye”. Even though I told her that I was just browsing and did not need her help, she just couldn’t LEAVE ME ALONE. Kept her eyes on me and followed me around. And her tone was very scornful when she talked to me about what should I choose.
To be honest, she really should focus on her manager role to “manage” her employees chatting and giggling on the floor, instead of stalking and annoying clients. I wish she can deal with her personal hygienes too, she smells when she gets closer to me…especially now is summer time
Awful experience.paid for multiple pieces of lingerie, and was accused of stealing by the ladies at the door.they went through ALL of my bags from my shopping trip, and i mean ALL of them.they even pulled things out of my bag that I had JUST PURCHASED and accused me of stealing them when I had paid for them 30 seconds prior. They then went on to tell me that I was “banned” from the store? Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff, definitely need to come back to earth. I sent my mother in to return everything I had just bought from them, for them to not even refund the full amount I paid! I contacted my bank and had the charges reversed. DO NOT shop here. Take the trip to Southbank.
Went in there to find a sent of perfume I picked up a tester perfume off the test display then got harassed by the “manager” telling me that I can’t test the tester because it was full. I clearly stayed calm and didn’t engage back with her but she kept on staring at me uncomfortably scanning me up to down. I think it’s unprofessional and inappropriate and uncomfortable for her to be rude, ignorant and dismissive to her customers. I will be going to another outlet if I was you reading this because it is disgusting and disrespectful to make a customer feel this way and ruin their day.
Thank you for providing mediocre service on 8th of September at 1045 am. No help, no offer to find the right size. The brunette with long bob hair in the white fitted zip up jacket just walked past without saying hello looking miserable. I work in retail myself and understand it can be hard but there was only 2 clients in the store including me and atleast 6 sales reps. I ended up purchasing a pink set because I need new under garment set however really disappointed with the lack of customer service. It would've been nice to actually be approached or helped.
I was served by the Asian girl with the winged eye liner yesterday at the front of the store she was super friendly and helpful seemed to really know what she was talking about and was able to help me find the perfect gift for my partner which she loved!
Best place ever I love visiting, I went about 3 times in one month and great customer service and super good products 100% recommended
My friend shopping there and have had a terrible experience. Basically this store has 'watch back' policy as their staffs and manager is lack of training with terrible arrogant attitude (not sure where the confidence from that a broke up brand sells perfume cheaper than chemistware house), and if you tried to report them or complaint, they will not tell you any information about themselves as they never have a proper name tag lol
My friend reported to the Mall and their customer service desk mentioned that store got numerous complaint but their head office never cares. I could only guess those staffs hold this attitude because they have no where to go but work for this low salary broke up company ~
Good quality, affordable price, located in the mall, easy to travel, suitable for girls who like to dress up.
Nice shop overall, never have customer service issue until our last visit. One lady was SO rude, knocking the change room door loudly, yelling, about to break the door to check if I had any underwear to try on, which I did NOT. In order to let her leave me alone so I could put my clothes on, I let her check the room, apparently NO underwear taken from the shop, but she still kept going…. Well lady, how about you do your job (in the fitting room), guide customers to the changing room? How the hell we know we have to wait to try the bras on when there is NO staff there?
My daughter and I had an amazing experience in the shop! All staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and super service minded. The girl who did the fitting for us made sure we got exactly the fit we needed, better than I ever had in my 50+ years! The other girls out in the shop then assisted us in finding the perfect styles. Walked away with 5 perfect bras and a fun mother daughter experience:)
Lovely girls in here. The fitting and styling experience was really good especially even though I was nervous. Super worth and pleased with my purchases.
Went into this store after winning a instagram competition and having a $500 voucher to spend. The nice lady at the door got her manager immediately upon our arrival and was more than happy to assist us with everything we needed for the shopping spree. When checking out the manager also put everything through for us in a way where we got the best deal. Spent a good 45-60 minutes in the store and got everything we wanted and staff were checking in on us whenever we needed assistance. Very happy with our experience with the staff at this store as they really seem to put customer’s first even when we were picking out ‘free’ things. The online customer services needs to take a look at how these ladies are treating customers as their way of dealing with people is just by ghosting people.
Angel is my favorite perfume. Made by victoria secret. Their undies is tailored to a womans body, So perfect that no other company can compete the perfection. The scent of their perfumes a lotions are just magnificent, The lotions have this silky texture on your skin keeping it smoother and softer. Beyond compare to other products. Victoria secret is always popular.

Woeful, not only do they open late so they can get their morning latte. There is 5 staff having an extremely loud chat in the back corner of the shop ignoring customers.
Strongly suggest avoiding the Australian experience and stick to the US stores!
Poor poor staff service! An Asian lady only shows her arrogant attitude but not provide any help! Even you are pregnant not means it’s a good excuse to stand there and yelling with your silly face!
If you got problems to reach drawers then you should’ve tell your manager about shop fitting issue! Not to stand there an give me an arrogant attitude. Thought I don’t think the drawers are that low that you cant reach.
I have a really bad experience to this store here in Melbourne Central Emporium Branch. When I enter the shop to buy a perfume for my wife for our Wedding Anniversary The asian Pregnant sales lady ask If I have a budget for buying there perfume with very rude manner. I wasn’t even finish talking then she walk away.
Terrible customer service. Would give -stars if I can. Shopping experience has become extremely uncomfortable esp when I was trying out the fragrances, the older Asian woman asked me if I have budget and if I was going to buy. I said I was trying to figure out what I want and she watched me like a thief for the entire time. Anyway, I tried to avoid her and just ended buying for my friends and not for myself. When I bought the perfumed lotions, I asked the other staff at the counter if I can get an exchange if my friends let me know the scent they want (I was purchasing on behalf of friends and couldn’t contact them at that time). The staff told me no issues, it was possible to exchange within 14 days of purchase. When I went to store to get exchanged on the 10th day, the staff was about to exchange when this older Asian (Korean) woman came and said I cannot exchange because it’s not within the allowed date, I told her it hasn’t been 14 days. She realised she was wrong so she changed her excuse to I cannot get an exchange because I bought it on sales and now it’s slightly more expensive (which doesn’t make sense at all). Anyway she tried to keep giving excuses although the bottles were fully intact and sealed. All the other staffs were left confused. Terrible business ethics. Been buying this regularly for the past 10 years but will stop using this brand.
