There happens to be an event in the church today, so you can't go inside, so you can only visit outside.

I stepped a single foot into the store and I was immediately turned away for having a cup of coffee (the store is in a food court).

The overall experience at the store was delightful, largely due to Sophia’s exceptional customer service. She is a true asset to the team and her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is commendable.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Friend and I went in to buy some products and could not get a tester and instead of assisting a middle age women blonde women screamed at us from the other side of the store when we tried to use one of the products. After reading the reviews left by other patrons this seems to be the level of customer service she gives regularly. Karen I hope you have a fabulous day.

Had a really bad experience at this outlet store today! The staff member who served us was extremely rude and was definitely racially profiling me and my friend who happened to be wearing a hijab! We were planning to buy more but she did not make us feel welcome at all, she was constantly standing next to where we were as if we were going to steal something! We will never be stepping foot into this place again! I did end up buying something but really wished I didn’t spend my money in a place we were not treated right! Please teach your staff to respect ever customer that walks in! The receipt says her name is Love, she clearly does not have any in her!

Tried to use a brand new gift voucher and the employee tried to tell me I had already used the money when she in fact used it when trying to initially put the order through.
Called multiple times to reach out to the manager, took my number and said they'd get back to me after looking into the "system" error.

It's been months and have heard nothing back since.

Went on a public holiday and despite it being busy, a salesperson named Korishma (I'm not 100% sure if i spelled it correctly! Sincere Apologies!) was really patient, attentive and supportive of my mum who was there to get fitted and was very selective. Thank you for all your help!

Not going back to this store. The woman working was watching me/giving me dirty looks and standing very close to me while i was shopping.i asked her to price check a bra and she took it to the register and told me the price but did not give me the bra back, assuming that i would not buy it because of the high price.would never recommend this store to anyone.

Went into this store on the 6/01/2023 in the early afternoon, Really rude old blonde Karen with straw hair working on the door no customer service! Very rude of how she would acknowledge the customers, she attacked this lady when entering the shop because she had a drink, obviously no where else will give the old lady a job, what a experience!

Used to have great item with reasonable price. Unfortunately I can t find it like it used to be

Loved my experience with Stef, my friend is bigger chested and finds it hard to find bikinis in her size. Stef was understanding and non judgemental and checked the back to find something that would fit and still look nice. My friend found her first bikini in her size thanks to Stef, the whole experience she had exceptional customer service skills and was down to earth. I personally have dealt with staff at VS being quite judgemental or unhelpful but Stef was anything but that. Give that girl a raise this is the kind of staff you need working here! Thank you Stef, you made my friend's day!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, cows hiding chatting and lying about a problem with a computer. Raise your game and hire good staff.

Drinks in the store - but no clearly visible signage. Staff Weren’t very helpful and quite rude. They apparently only have one dressing room open and had to wait 30+ minutes to try on a bra before I just gave up and left. Won’t be returning.

I bought some bras and panties here. There is a good selection of products available. All of the staff were very helpful, especially Lauren who helped me with choosing the right size and adjustments for the bras.

Be very careful. Make sure you check your receipt very carefully, they are professional con artist, the Asian lady is the head of the gang.
They will charge wrong price for the stuff you buy. Slowest and the worst customer service ever.

I left my food there for one second to ask someone else a question and she yelled out and shamed me for leaving it next to a mannequin while I shopped?

It was rolld (vietnamese) in a box with a bottle of water.

Won't be talked to with disgust like a child and shamed for eating. Wonder why people have eating disorders

Worst shopping experience ever in the Australia, wrote to customer care and no reply received. It’s outlet store but expensive than the online store. Ridiculous manager who says company policies are not upto date on website. I have read so many other reviews which are similar to my issue, which shows how money focused and driver is VS, so no point to hear back from VS.

Very terrible customer service by the lady. She yelled at us when we wanted to purchase the perfumes and said to not spray them however we didn't want to spray them we actually wanted to buy them. She literally yelled at us and was not nice since the beginning. Would never go there and do not recommend this horrible place at all. Such a poor customer service. She even didn't allow us to smell the samples. Such a rude lady.
