I had ordered a cross-body phone case on the 20th of Dec, hoping it might make it for Christmas. Anyway, on the 29th I receive a refund (still pending though) and an email that the order was cancelled upon my request (which I never did of course) No further communication or explanation. That’s poor customer service.
