We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was very reasonably priced and a great size.

Room was immaculate and the staff are amazing. So friendly and always happy to help. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back soon!

My brother stayed over the Christmas period and was so impressed with the rooms and the friendly staff. He was amassed at the quality of the rooms and really enjoyed his stay.

Everything you need in a motor inn. Comfortable rooms, albeit a little dated. The carpet had that slightly sticky feel to it. Good beds though. Would stay there again with the family.

Lovely owners, great service. Hands down the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Top notch. IGA, great café and the best woodfired Pizza about 3 minutes walk away.

Overall it was a fuss free stay. The room was comfortable it had standard kitchen items plus a microwave in our room which isn't a standard. Close to everything and our room had the bonus of a spa which was a hit. Thank you.

Great find! Rooms were spacious and clean! The staff was really friendly, shared places we could explore and dine at when we checked in. It’s not the nearest to city centre but still alright, and supermarket is 3 mins walk away. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

Neat and tidy rooms, comfortable bed, large television viewable from the bed. Far enough away from your neighbours not to be disturbed so it was very quiet, parking was excellent.

The spa bath was great. Towels could have been thicker as they were very thin and very small.

There was a fridge and microwave, but just basic water tumbler glasses and no crockery or cutlery. Some wine glasses would have been great. I had food delivered by uber eats, but there was no plates or cutlery to serve on.

I was very comfortable in my stay, but I'd have like a few more amentities available in the room.

Booked a family spa suite and it was lovely. Clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for meals and what to do in Ballarat. We did find it a little tricky to find but it was worth it.

Clean room, friendly staff, quiet location & comfy beds. Only complaint was the shower, great pressure but kept changing temperature which was really frustrating!

Top accommodation. Spacious room that had a great spa bath. Toaster and jug in the room. One of the cleanest places we have stayed. The room and the grounds are so well kept. Complimentary Guest laundry and the room was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 nights, it was good. A lot of space which was nice, and having a spa was great. No wine glasses in rooms, and no kitchen sink, so you'll have to use the bathroom to wash anything, and wifi doesn't work good.but still giving 5 stars because price makes it definitely worth it. Would recommend.

Cleanest place I’ve stayed in a long time. Easy check in and checkout. Nice and quiet.
However, when booking a spa room, a second towel for each person staying should be provided instead of having to dry off from a shower the next morning with a wet towel.

Parking spaces were nice and wide, room was clean, bed very comfy, no noise from the road or tenants, would recommend, close to most shops
