I got Led lights and showers replaced at my place. Showers are really fancy and efficient as well. Overall was a good experience with really good customer service.

Would give this 0 stars if I could.

This company employes telemarketers that do not understand the Do not call register. The telemarkers are rude and harrassing. I have been getting up to 15 calls a day from this company, and they refuse to stop calling. I attempted to contact the company via their website to rectify the situation, but I'm still getting calls. I will not go anywhere near this company as they have shown a total lack of respect for the public! It is the companies responsibility to make sure that people on the do not call register are not contacted - but obviously they don't care.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Absolutely atrocious service. They installed new globes in May 2020 and broke a light fitting, I could not get in contact with them until July 2020, despite numerous calls and messages. Ended up having to go through the website chat. Someone did come to look at it and advised it needed to be fixed and they would send someone out. That still hasn’t happened. I still can’t get a call back from this company. It is absolutely disgusting service. Do not let them in your house!

I contacted them for Vic LED replacement program. I provided them all the required information and then they never came back to me. I tried to get response couple of time. In the end they gave me response when i threatened to raise a complain with Energy Victoria.

Made the transition effortless, left the premises clean, and all with no interruption to the business.and the lights work!

Our lighting upgrade was a seamless process, we are very happy with the result and service provided. There was minimal disruption to our workplace which we highly valued.

Extremely disappointed to encounter a very pushy rep from Victorian Power Savers after 5pm tonight. We were on our way out and he wouldn't take no for an answer. He pushed his way into the house and was not wearing a mask, extremely concerning in these times. We repeatedly asked if we could do this another time as we had somewhere to be and he wouldn't leave. Not happy.

We had 40kw solar edge solar system install.we research the best solar power.we also wanted best company to install and we met vic power saver.and they were very good priced and very professional.also all of our lights changed to led lights very bright and very happy 10/10.thank you

Had our business lights upgraded to the new leds for free. Very quick and very professional electrician.

We had all of our household globes upgraded by victorian power saves. And we couldn't possibly be happier very fast efficient service.

Very professional with explanation and went through the property to changed all lights that needed to be changed.
Most importantly showed up & was on time.

We had all globes changed to led and they are very bright and fantastic. The electrician was a very polite and efficient young man.

Yesterday I had a young man, Chris, come and change over all my light bulbs.
I would like to say what a great job he did over and above what was required. He even thanked me for my patience. Very polite and helpful. I would also like to say how pleased I am with the brightness of the bulbs as I was expecting them to be a dimmer version of the last lot. I am an ageing person who is losing her sight, it has made life a little brighter.

Start to finish these guys did a perfect job. The new lights are bright without being blinding when you look at them. A little early to know the energy savings but from the specifications the new lights run at nearly 1/3 of our old lights. Great prices too. Highly recommended.

We recently upgraded our Head Office lighting by Victorian Power Savers. It looks fantastic and the installers left the office very neat and tidy. Highly recommended!
