Victorian Ombudsman

The VO has powers do nothing. Suggest you ring ask them what powers they have to rectify corrupt government bodies before you waste your time making a complaint. A very corrupt misleading and useless organization created by very corrupt governments.

Please learn to help people in every possible way because your team is chosen for that job. All I found out is you guys are taking cases and saying sorry for the outcome of the case.

I was going to ask about the falsely advertising of mc donalds and subway re the size of there products, to the real thing, but after reading the reviews i wonder if its worth it

I have an explanation as to why all these people have put in similar reviews. They are all colluding with a similar language dispariging remarks and on point criticism of these Agenda 21 servants which are definitely not the peoples. They CANNOT all be wrong.

They are indeed a corrupt &/or captured organisation running a protection racket. You can complain but it will go to the rubbish bin. I complained about the Legal Services Board for lawyers' deceptive and misleading conduct which they agreed to but decided not to pursue prosecution. When complained to the ombudsman, they just said. "yeh, nah we wont investigate but thanks for coming". I have just lodged another complaint about worksafe, let see what they come up with in this one?

Just more government workers sitting on their hands, knocking off stationery to keep their budgets up, wasting oxygen and tax payers hard earned $$$. Debra Glass did a fantastic report on the workcover system, but it was all for nothing as nothing at all has changed.spoke with Thomas today, disinterested, unhelpful and completely deviated from meaningful assistance.

One of the worst organisations to deal with, My mother has a serious concern as her complaint to the ombudsman is about a Breach from the State Trustees. (section49 (2) She wants help and no one from the Ombudsman office is willing to help her. She basically got Brushed off, This Lousy organisation is corrupt and protects its other corrupt peers, They use the system and abuse it. Also failing to act on sections of the law. In which my mother has been ignored as she is trying to make a credible point. This is where tax payers money goes to a bunch of morons who have no clue in how to address customer concerns. Just look at the amounts of complaints. I am thinking of contacting a Current Affair, I have a story they would love to hear about.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. After been given the brush off twice by this incompetent organisation. I won't be requesting an internal review as my concerns will continue to be ignored and the protection of DHHS will continue. Corruption and Misconduct at its finest. The Victorian Ombudsman are another waste of tax payers money!

Utterly useless. Dhamendra took my call when the website wasn't working properly to take my complaint. I was told it would take 2 weeks to investigate the council I was having trouble with. It took over a month and 3 phone calls to ombudsman office (Dhamendra doesn't return calls) when I finally lucked out and got Dhamendra on the last try. He lied to me about his estimate timeframe and I don't believe he investigated anything. Just told me council had done enough to please them and sent me an email to confirm his decision. Waste of time and effort.

Always got good results through them until I asked them to investigate a government agency. They basically just ran interference for them and then closed the case saying it was too late. The other reviews here show I'm right.

CORRUPT USELESS department! Wont investigate their own including DHS and RTBA (dept of justice) who took over 3 months to return our bond to an INTELLECALLY DISABLED WOMAN and her CARER and the ombudsman did NOTHING about it and when dhs TERRORISED us for years including putting on guardiansand even TAKING my partner AGAINST HER WILL and putting her into homes where she was sexually abused, assaulted, given drugs etc etc etc and NOTHING was done about it.
