This would be a solid zero if I had the chance. They are denying me the possibility of revoking a relationship that has ended almost a year ago, despite I did all I could to upload all the evidence the were required. I called them five times during the process, just to make sure that everything was going ahead. They never gave me a feedback or guidance, just formal useleff answers. Then I received an email of three sentences where they denied the revoke without the decency of an explanation. I am so desperate to the point that I am writing to the CEO of the organisation, to the office of my local MP and to press. The way this office conducts business is simply shameful
