Unfortunately, we've had a very bad experience with this company regarding outstanding invoices that have not been paid. We've tried to communicate and resolve the issue, but it has been a frustrating process. I hope the company can improve its payment practices with their providers.

Special thanks to the teacher Grace Nanchi who has accompanied and guided me throughout my process as a barber, I recommend her for her professionalism, knowledge and empathy, and to the institution because it has the appropriate facilities to educate and guide me in each of its academic and practical processes.

I absolutely loved the Barbering and salon management course at VIA. The instructors were top-notch, and they made learning fun. Plus, the hands-on training was a game-changer. This course is spot-on if you're serious about a career in barbering. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Zubair for sticking it out and doing what no one else would dare do in your shoes. The weight you carry on your shoulders is an immense one though your efforts are great. My visa was denied almost a year, until now I did not receive my refund, I've been contacting them through emails, calls but no response from them. I already filed a complain to the commonwealth ombudsman.

I put an enquiry through and received a lovely voicemail explaining that they would send me enrolment forms and to call back to discuss and ask any questions. When I called back to discuss, I was told they would send me the enrolment forms and asked for me email again even though it was in my enquiry form. I then call back to chase up the forms and the person picked up said Hello (like it was their personal phone) I said I would like to get my enrolment form, then passed me to another person who just said Hello, I said the same thing too then passed me to the receptionist who didn’t understand why they passed me to them. She said to the team, she wants an enrolment form. The same guy who originally spoke to ask me for my name then asked me for my email again? ! I said I have already given this information to you twice! This is really poor considering I was happy to enrol. But now it’s simply just too hard just to get information

I studied cert 3 Hairdressing & cert 3 barbering at the Fitzroy location. The trainer Grace is amazing she really knows her stuff & is willing to share her knowledge with those wanting to learn. I highly recommend VIA Fitzroy

I got an amazing cut from VIA today. I was really worried I'd have to just deal with an awkward hair stage while it grows a bit, but they've done an excellent job! They really 'got' what I wanted to achieve, which is so important, and she made my hair look fab. I will definitely be coming back!

I love going to Victorian academy, Firstly, yes of course it is about the great cut by Marco or the team, then the amazing colour followed by an incredible head massage! There is so much else, the VIA team innately know what will suit you and the conversation is always current and their goal to stay ahead has proven with the entering of both cut and colour awards!

I started my hairdressing journey at Victorian international academy 8 months ago and cant say enough about the amazing trainers at Fitzroy campus. Grace and Signy are just amazing at what they do and always taking so much time to make sure i learn everything i need to learn.so much loe for them an 100% recommending

Went to this salon for the first time last week. Absolutely loved my experience here. They provided a remarkable service with good quality products. I went for hair straightening and Grace took care of me on the day and she has done an amazing job and Afsane was great too. Really good to see that they do not overcharge you as with most other salons. I was informed about the students training there which they charged me very low and eventho I did it with a student their trainer was supervising her the whole time and I am soo happy with my result. Will surely be back for more treatments.
