6 This guy Jhin Lee was extremely reliable and brilliant cost-wise too for a number of years until late last year when he failed to show up for a job appointment which him & myself had mutually agreed upon. I have tried everything to contact him about the whys and wherefores of his out-of-character and utterly disappointing no-show but he has consistently failed to answer my calls or return my messages.
Jhin Lee, this is extremely dishonourable for both the reputation of yr business and for the customer satisfaction of your clients. I am extremely sad that u have failed to deliver and live up to the quality of trusted courtesy and workmanship that I sincerely believed was the hallmark of yr business and something that made u stand out from the crowd when it came to genuine commitment to service quality and tradesmanship.
If u have truly changed mobile numbers and have for some reason lost my phone number then why for goodness' sake have u not updated the correct details on either your business website or the multiple directory site listings your business is listed with?

My wife and I cannot be happier of the service we received from this group! We needed to rip off the carpets, sand and polish the old timbers underneath! Jhin and his group did an excellent job for us as it was promised! We are so happy with our the new look if our home! I highly recommend this group to anyone who needs any flooring job!
