I had a consultation with Emily, and she is Amazing, so supportive so approachable and really makes you feel so comfortable she knows exactly what she is talking about and cares. Can’t wait for my next visit.
Also the communication from the reception and booking team is on point, any enquires I have had they have been so prompt and pleasant in there responses they help you if you need anything and assist with earlier appointments if available. Can’t recommend the VCI Berwick enough

Dr Talha administered Botox for hayfever. At the consultation he thoroughly explained the procedure and cost. The Botox was administered quickly and without any discomfort. The treatment seems to have worked exceptionally well for me.
Highly recommend Dr Talha for this type of treatment.

Have been twice now and it has been a great experience! Reception has beengreat and I saw Dr. Talha Majoka, who is very friendly and kind. He hasn't tried to push anything on me and is honest on whether or not he thinks i would benefit from something, which I respect! Do recommend

I am a long time anti wrinkle user however this was my first time seeing Nurse Emily for my anti wrinkle injections and she was incredible.

She tailored my treatment perfectly to my needs and was so gentle. I took the option of a 2 week review session to ensure I was happy with my results which in the past elsewhere I haven't always done but this was worth it. It has meant I am so happy with the end result and now we will know what does and doesn't work for me in future.

Not only was the treatment painless, results great but I "vibed" well with Nurse Emily which to me is important when it comes to your face and any treatment.

I couldn’t rave about the lovely nurse Emily Deen any higher. From the moment I walked in I was put at ease by the receptionist and following on from nurse Emily’s extremely knowledgeable professionalism. All my questions were answered prior to treatment & we even share a good laugh. It’s so nice to feel welcomed & comfortable, especially when I’m someone that’s not a huge fan of needles. He is very skilled cosmetic doctor, with beautiful chair side manners and very gentle injection skills. He has been doing my Botox and fillers and I am very pleased with his service. Would highly recommend him!

If you're looking for something affordable this isn't. It costs $90 just for the consult! This doesn't even go towards any treatment and is just the cost of the initial consult. Too expensive! Go to Laser Clinics Australia or Australian Skin clinics instead.

I've seen a lot of skincare professionals over the years. So far my experience with Victorian Cosmetic Institute is a cut above the rest. Knowledgeable, affordable and extremely welcoming. Highly recommend Nurse Emily Deen! I’ve been seeing her recently for injectables and she’s done an amazing job. She takes the time to explain everything and really pays attention to detail. She helped me feel really comfortable during my first injections and is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.
