I’ve found Victoria wide first aid after had poor customer service at few different training centres. The trainer, Jay was very polite and friendly with professional manners. She is full of knowledge and experience as a paramedic too. I highly recommend this place to get done your first aid course.

My trainer was Jay and she was great at teaching me everything I need to know about first aid and cpr. She was clear, patient and answered any of our questions. The class was very interactive and kept me engaged throughout the lesson. Great service, good location and value for money. Highly recommend for first time first aiders or anyone who just needs to do a refresher course. Great job VWFA keep up the great work cya again in 12mths for my cpr update.
