Victoria Park reviews
63 Secured gated with extensive land per square meters of land. It has been extremely well engineered and the sensory pockets of each play area has been designed with in mind of sensory physical use of body mind & soul, to engage with other children or even adults.
The play pockets are of good distance of each other therefore before you realise it I have walked quite a few miles!
Even I as an adults played with my own son and we had an awesome freaking time. There was no doubt that Victoria Park Playground evoked the inner child in me.
All the facilities the water station, toilet cube, the bbq area, park bench with seating have been gracefully laid out throughout the park. It is a wonderful playground for any special occasions I.e. Birthday parties, play ground catch up with your children friends, parents, grandparents etc.
It has the right amount of shading and sunny areas and landscaping done of high quality of standard.
The materials used have been carefully considered include use of PVC rubber and natural materials to protect or eliminate injury!
I believe it is a pet friendly park (don’t quote me a 100% on this because I believe I did spot water bowls for our ferry four legged family members including a very good amount of rubbish bins with the obvious regular and recycling bins.
The park you could pretty much spend the whole entire day playing and just have good old fashioned fun at a world class playground with a name bearing “Victoria Park” nestled in a pocket of well established City of Ballarat park land and regardless of the weather you will find it difficult or even want to leave in a hurry.
There is ample of parking available including disability parking right in front of the double entry steel entry doors and position immediately to your left to toileting facilities which includes of course baby change tables and separate disability toilets.
I don’t think I can say any more than it is an amazing park and a park that will be definitely and frequently going to be visited for many years to come wi the or without family members and friends.
I give this park a score 11 out of of ten and it certainly deserves ️️️️️.

Lots of things go on at Victoria Park, in Ballarat! Cricket, Football and all in all the "Spilt Milk Festival" Tomorrow 2nd December 2023! Enjoy!
What a fantastic asset for Ballarat. Massive enclosed playground with undercover picnic and bbq areas, pump track, sporting grounds, running and walking tracks. Several lakes located through out the park. This has got something for everyone wanting to get out in the fresh air.
It's a very big park where I could spend hours walking around it's really quiet and lots of space to kick a ball or through a frisbee I will definitely be going back.
Great space for kids to play and adults to sit, watch, and relax, knowing kids are all safe inside a gated area.
This is one of the greatest parks I've been to in Australia. Lots of kids play areas and especially the inclusive play area is great for all kids and even adults to have lots of fun!
Enjoyed watching the cross country event glad that an off the track horse won good on you, young lady!
Good open oval and excellent fenced in accessible playground also containing a vegetable patch.
Plenty of activity and facilities. Great for a BBQ. The kids play ground seems well equipped.
Victoria Park.great walking and different ovals to take your dogs. Great for riding your bike round and round. Safe playground and skates park.toilets even has an esquerian horse section. It is a park where u can drive round in.downfall is sometimes some utes and cars go over the speed limit
Super spacious and lots of different areas to entertain different age group of kids. Plenty of facilities available (ie toiket/bbq pit and benches). Lots of sails for shades.
Large area with shade, BBQ, seating, picnic tables and public toilets. Playground includes inclusive play equipment. Area fenced.
Great open space, lots of equipment to keep kids of all ages busy. Fenced, to reduce the risk of kids running off onto the road.
I walk my dog around the park often, lots of stuff to stimulate him and a 5km walk to tire him out,
Very good setting up P/A SYSTEM FOR MY NEXT GIG. WENT THROUGH A FEW SONGS. EVERTHING IS Exxxcellent.
Really well built park, perfect is it is not too hot. In summer you want to get there early to beat the heat. Plenty of variety for the young and older kids to play on. It would be great if a little more attention was paid to the grass being a bit more lush and more shade.
Spider swings, spinning around things, water play, mini trampolines in the ground, flying foxes, park area, sitting tables in shade- it's my favourite park and I'll drive hours to get us to it!
Victoria Park is impressive in both it's scale (it's huge!) as well as the diversity of what it offers (e.g. Walking tracks, ponds, playgrounds, disc golf, etc.). The park includes both well maintained areas you might associate with a regular urban park as well as areas that are more wild. In this regard it's similar to Hyde Park in London.
Overall it's well worth a visit with something for everyone.
Great place for 3 families to meet even though it was a very cold day. Playground for children and nearby toilets.
Beautiful walk today amongst the Pine Trees. Really lovely. Great track for walking dogs, family etc.
