I had cataract surgery at VPSC recently, and I want to thank everyone involved. I was a bit nervous and the care, time, and support the nursing staff et al provided made it a really positive experience. I was so impressed and grateful, thank you very much!

You are all amazing. I now have fantastic vision for the first time in 35 years. One of the best things to have ever happened in my life. The staff are so professional and co-ordinated and have so much understanding, emotional intelligence and skill. Just fantastic.

My anaesthetist, Dr Fabian Purcell was amazingly kind, considerate and supportive.

Dr Joseph San Laureano was brilliant both times! I had no idea my eye sight had been that bad!

The service offered is EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you to every nurse, surgeon and hospital staff for an amazing experience. Nothing was forced upon my 2 year old, nurses were compassionate, caring and very patient. Staff take pride in their work. From the second we walked in there was nothing to fault, thank you for offering such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

I wish to thank VPSA for an excellent experience yesterday around my husband's procedure.
I would especially like to thank the staff quite late in the evening for their kindness and care of me, at what must have been for them the end of a long day.

I honestly cannot rate the staff and facility in general high enough. My 3yr daughter had surgery today & I was an anxious mess.the nurses and surgeon, reception staff and everyone in between went out of their way to make sure I was informed, updated and ok. Thank you for making a difficult time / day that little bit less stressful. I appreciate it.

A really first rate hospital experience from start to finish. It’s been said in previous reviews, but I am also in awe of the medical professionals the admin and the entire team, who clearly care about their patients - the lucky people whose lives they enrich.

I attended the VPSC today, 04/12/2019 and could not be happier with the quality of care and attention I received from the moment I arrived, pre-op, the surgery and after care. The professionalism, kindness and reassurance provided from everyone, reception staff through to the surgical team and nurses was second to none and made the entire experience extremely calming and comforting, I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went.

My 16 month old son had two Grommets placed into his ears here last week (lead by Dr Benjamin Cook and Dr Mark Suss). My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with the level of service and care that he received, as well as us. The whole surgical team were so kind, informative and accommodating. We truly couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much.
