Horrible and disgusting customer service, guy attending the call started shouting when asked few question should never go. Please respect your customers.

Great if you can't afford anything and need something for the time being.

Took ages to get someone to come fix part of it up that was satisfactory to begin with and I think this was only done because payment was withheld. The rest I was told was industry standard. Replaced was where completely different size timber was used and it didn't match at all, along with the incorrect door latch that was bent and cut to try and make it fit. The door latch was bent again and the striker needed to be filed down afterwardz to allow the gate to close smoothly. Left was a knot hole the size of a small fist and three cuts where the installer changed his mind about which side to use after making a start. Most top caps have warped. Numerous split palings and significant gaps. Fence did not reach to ground with gaps large enough for a child or dog to get through.

If the pricing is as good with Colourbond, you may have better luck than with timber.

I am not impressed with the work Victoria Outdoor team did. Your team did sealer of my driveway and path, just after 6 months colour of charcoal came off. Your team work wasn't up to standard.

Prices here are cheaper than bunnings. Good supplies of garden accessories. Retaining walls Water features and landscaping plus much more. Visit and enjoy the friendly knowledge able staff who will assist you every step of the way.

Can't recommend at all. And If I can I would have asked them to remove it for free.

Done my backyard through Victoria Outdoors, highly recommended. Really happy with the Job they have done, rubbish was clear after they finish the job.

We bought synthetic grass, pebbles and crush rock from Victoria Outdoors. I am so happy with their customer service and open communication as we were suppose to get the delivery on Saturday but due to lockdown we got it nice and early on Friday 10pm. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with our new backyard and will certainly not hesitate to recommend Victoria Outdoors to anyone needing landscaping / concreting. Barry and his team did a fantastic job with our feature wall and artificial turf.

Not happy once I called them for quote they start giving bad reviews about other landscaper which one they shouldn’t, feel like they just want to show of that they are best in the business not happy with there quote and attitude

Very Very Rude Customer service from supervisor. Before even quoting they start judging you. I can only imagine what will happen once i give the job!
Definately need to learn some basic customer service.
