Sandy and her staff are super professional and accommodating. They absolutely CARE and take whatever time is necessary to provide a first class outcome whether it is a pedicure or a manicure. In my case, they nursed my very damaged nails back to great health. And, very important, they use only the best products. I would not go anywhere else! Thanks, guys!

Sandy is incredible to deal with, so friendly and does such an amazing job every time we go in to see her and her team. She is really particular with ensuring her service is exactly what is requested and required, we have been going to see her now for over 5 years fortnightly. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Not sure why the rating is so high. My pedicure was carelessly done and nails trimmed crookedly, excess not even wiped off, and my sns was way different to the swatch and the topcoat hasn’t been evenly applied. Very disappointing. Avoid

Sandy, Jenny and the girls are incredible at what they do, they are very particular with every nail treatment. Ensuring no customer ever leaves unhappy. If anything goes wrong following your appointment they will fix your nails without question. Customer satisfaction is of the outmost importance to them. I can’t recommend them highly enough, definitely an incredible nail salon.

I recently moved to the area and was looking out for a new nail salon, but having had so many bad experiences I wouldn’t accept anything less than 4 Stars. Victoria Nails just blew me away today! They paid so much attention to detail, made sure my SNS was properly cleaned before they finished off, all my nails are even and such lovely ladies on top of it all! And yes! The prices were definitely the best I’ve seen in this area! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Have tried most nail salons around Hawthorn and Richmond and this is the best! They use top quality shellac which does not ruin your nails - I've just had my third shellac mani in a row. Unheard of with other salons, where my nails have become weak and brittle. Highly recommend!
