Just got my nails done by tiana love them heaps she is so friendly and nice really appreciate her amazing work

I had such a positive experience here at Victoria Nail Studio. Katie and Anna are very skilled and gave me the most beautiful SNS nails. The colour, shape and how thin the nails were was absolutely perfect. The girls are so sweet and I would definitely come back again when it's time for new nails

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star they did the wrong thing and way over charged me and my friends dont go here enless U want to get ripped off

I think the lady rushed with my SNS removal and reapplication. None of my nails are the same length or shape, the SNS is really thick, there is SNS all over my fingers, it’s very messy and my nails are stuck to my fingers. I probably wouldn’t go back here.

Lovely nail salon, beautiful decoration to the store. Everyone is really nice and the workers will recommend things for your nails and have their own opinions to help you find something that’s suitable for you!

Came in today for sns with tips
Wait times were really long and the ladies where rushing my nails, I was left with my little finger nails super thick looking, I asked for them to be filed thinner but the lady wasn’t happy about it and didn’t fix it.
Both thumbs and index fingers weren’t done to the root of my nail and looks like I already have a weeks worth of re-growth.
I also found a small black hair stuck in one of the nails.won’t be returning

Second time Ana has done my nails and both times have been awesome! My first set lasted 5 weeks without lifting up!

Worst service.ladies were in super hurry. I did pedicure and nails but dint like any of the service.they literally finished pedicure in less than 10 mins with cold water to dip my foot in. I will never go there.

Was not happy with my nails. I had acrylics done, they were uneven, bumpy and definitely not the shape I wanted.
Not to mention they cut my finger which started bleeding, then they put on something which stung so bad but did not communicate anything to me!

Disappointing for $70

Girls are so friendly and precise. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Rowville to get my nails done. They’re so polite and actually get my nails done quickly

Wasn’t impressed with the service or the quality of work. Price was higher than average and demanded cash payment. Will not return.

From the moment i walked in they were disrespectful! I wanted acrylic with tips and a design which they had previously said was going to be $50 on the phone.when i came in they said it would be $70 which is clearly different to the previously discussed price so i changed what i wanted in order to still pay $50.they then did sns and when they cut and shaped the nails they were all different lengths and shapes and when i asked to fix it it only got worse.i was not happy with the nails i got and then they made me go to an atm to pay cash, when they have a machine in the store.they made every customer go to get cash which is appalling as they should be accomodating to their customers.i then came back where i said i’m sorry but i’m not happy with my nails and they decided to reshape my nails which was accompanied by being yelled at by their staff.i had multiple other customers tell them to stop yelling at me and they also tried to understand what the staff were saying but failed to do so.i had been there for 2+ hours and ended up walking out of the chair with nails half soaked off because i had to go, and they were aware of this.as i was walking out they said i had to pay more money for the work that was one incorrect and incomplete.when i said i wasn’t going to pay they yelled at me again so i just walked out.i am only 17 and had an older lady yelling at me and started crying whilst in their shop hyperventilating.no one should ever have to experience this when they are merely trying to relax and get their nails done.everyone should be given the same time and effort and regardless of how busy you are the same quality of product should be produced for every customer! Will NEVER be going back there.

I really don’t like this place but there are no good nail salons in Rowville…. Have to come here if I don’t want to drive for 15mins

These ladies always do an amazing job, havnt gotten my nails done ina while and was not dissapointed today my nails are perfect and smooth and love the design, lovely staff and good pricing.

I went to this nail salon this afternoon and the woman who looks like the manager was so impatiently and rude while doing my nails, because it was nearly coles time.she used the machine to scrub my nails and scratched my skin accidentally. It was suddenly bleeding so badly, I said to her: can I go and wash my hands first? She said: it’s only a scratch it’s ok. I said: it’s not ok because it is bleeding! She said: you need to bring a first aid kit next time with you to do nails. I went to the pharmacy next to the salon straight away and the nurse disinfect for me and said that it can be very serious infection. I will call my lawyer if it gets infected.

Walk in customer a week before xmas, obviously very busy time though was assured I can be seen. Showed my already pink french tip SNS nails and asked for a price, $45 including removal, perfect (standard). I was shipped into the corner behind the door with people coming in and out being seated before I. I scrubbed off as much as I could on my own while I waited because the stench was making me feel nauseous. When I was finally sat I asked for same again, french tip (one would would assume with pink as that's what I already had on and lady did not confirm). She absolutely tore off layers of nail as she sped through (understandable, it was very busy) to the point where it was burning. She cut my skin open in the rush, all of it I can completely understand and empathise with, no big deal. I've been getting nails for years and seen it all. Despite the rush I will say the lady did a pretty good job though I could still see the remnants of my last refill in the WHITE shade she gave me in the french tip. While she was doing the SNS she asked me 3 times whether I wanted a colour and I said very clearly No, I want french tip. At no point was any extra cost discussed. When I finished my appointment becoming a bit antsy having been there so long with another appointment to attend to the lady at the counter said bluntly $50. I said no it's $45 as discussed when I walked in. English was not her first language so the lady who did my nails chimed in and said its $50 to which a back and forth ensued in a salon FULL of women (very very uncomfortable). She advised because the removal was not colour the french was $5 extra, why would the colour have anything to do with the price of the removal that I half did myself, got burned and cut in the process and then wasn't done correctly anyway? They advised french SNS takes longer so it costs more. There were atleast 4 times in the 2 hours I was in the store this could have been brought up and never was -beside the fact that I have NEVER been to a salon who would do something so absurd and it didn't take any longer than usual because she absolutely rushed me, hurt me and didn't do it properly in the process. Then the blunt lady that says $50 tells me "cash only" which absolutely pushed it over the line. I am a reserved person who does not like to make a fuss let alone have 15+ women's eyes on me at the bloody nail salon. I paid the $50 by card and will NEVER return and discourage everyone else to use this business. Every single thing that was off about the appointment I could have looked past, though at the last minute to jack the price over something ridiculous that could have been previously brought up is unacceptable in my eyes. The nails only lasted a week and a half, they chipped and cracked down the middle and the white tip did not fare well at all. I had to pay again and get them done elsewhere in the week between xmas and new year (nightmare) when they usually last atleast 3 weeks. Will never EVER return, disgusted in how this business is managing

Worst manicure ever. Cuticles were left as is and painted over. Polish slopped on and not tidied and cleaned off. Complete rush job, then, no cuticle oil applied. Embarrassingly bad and a waste of money.

My new go to salon! Lovely staff, super quick service and they really make sure you're happy with what you asked for before going onto the next part which is a first and I've been to so many different salons. If you live local I highly recommend trying this place and reasonable prices to so happy with my recent set thank you

The girls at Victoria Nail Studio are so lovely and professional. Their work is very well conducted so careful always friendly.
