This is the final 5 star review from roaming around the QVM yesterday. Joe (the guy on the right) is the previous Manager and his greeting was infectious (due to my looks I reckon - works a treat) a very warm welcome indeed with a terrific smile. We had an enjoyable interaction with both (very personable indeed!) Bill the new Manager (on the left) replaced my iPhone XR protection screen. A memorable interaction!

They done a good job on my daughter ipad air 2 charging port. They price is cheaper than any other electronic repair shop. Most of the electronic shops usually takes about 3 to 5days but only one day with these guys.

These Guys saved my day today. Came in to get a new screen protector and they delivered. Gave me a free upgrade from the one I sought to purchase plus they went far and above to further investigate and repair an issue with my phone's battery that was loose.

Great service, highly recommended. After being dudded by a local mob I called VMC looking for a new battery for my phone. This was at 3.30 on a Saturday arvo and it was urgent. By 4.30 they had the job done and cheaper than the original place had quoted. Result. Won't be going anywhere else for my phone repairs and accessories in future.

Joe and his team are alway ready to help with any problem, nothing to big or to small great service and thats what it is all about.

It, s great how I can get my phone repaired there with battery replacement and screen protector, along with protective shock and water resistance phone cases for all models. Battery is excellent, as it, s a genuine product part, and my old galaxy s9 phone now works like a new one again!

I've been using these guys since the early 2000s. Every single time I have a problem, Joe or a member of his team takes extra special care in not just fixing the problem, but making sure I'm happy. If you read a negative review DO NOT believe it or take it seriously. Joe is one of the best repair outlets around, full stop. Every single person I've referred to him has been super happy and I'm talking over 20 in the last near 20 years. Yes, they can use cheaper parts but Joe always gives me the option of them or the top quality parts but they're obviously more expensive. You get what you pay for. Use VMC, they fail to fail.

Always helpful with my damaged phones and especially screen replacements, warranty has never been an issue except when I drop my phone and I guess it's my own fault, LOL

BEWARE! Do not come here. Ignore all positive reviews. I trusted them and wish I had not. Their business plan is to fix your phone with poor quality products which keep you coming back. They then offer to fix their mistakes at "cost price".

I have used the services of Victoria Market Communications three times in the last six months. I initially approached them to fixed my damaged screen. I purchased a case on their recommendation. On the same day I dropped my phone on a soft surface and it shattered, I was left with the same issue. I retuned to their shop and they kindly offered to fix it at "cost price". Additionally they offered to add a screen protector and advised me to purchase an additional "shock proof" case (which they should have done on my first visit). Turned my phone over today only to find the screen was completely broken and asked them to fix - they told me this was not their fault. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews.

Terrible service and poor quality product. Went in to have the charging port of my iPhone fixed. It lasted a few days before it stopped working. Overpriced and the guy with glasses doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Wouldn't recommend.

Joe’s very professional in he’s job. I definitely recommend going there! Very helpful I got a screen protector and received a free cover too. Thank you so much, I even enjoyed listening to the customers story too on last Saturday.

Wow awesome shop, joes awesome.my spare xioami redmi phone got stolen in his shop, he was very apologetic.i asked to pay bit more for new version with more memory if possible.he ordered me a brandnew one & i paid the difference.i just picked up.very honest, definitely making lots people aware of it to go there for service, fixs all brands when others dont.

Got my daughter's iPhone screen fixed here, however they decided to slap on a screen protector and charge an extra $14 without asking.bit of a rip off.
