Victoria Legal Aid reviews
14Just burden on Tex Payers money, they are good for nothing, 6 hearings they just only adjourned the hearing, on 7th they refused to carry on helping me, and one of the lawyers submitted plee guilty on my behalf, as I didn’t told them
Got an assist on what we after a bit too ordinary they gave phone number to ring up to seek advice which is could find on internet anyway they do listen to you quite well
Had court was told I would see a lawyer but rung back to confirm they told no lawyer been assigned to me
They are nice and explain to you what is the best way to follow accusing with yourself situation
Not helfull at all,
Didn't even listen to me properly,
Person behind desk was arrogant, rude and not know how to properly talk.
People come here for help, but it seems the person behind the desk want you to go away and never look back to this office for help again.
Wast of time and energy.
Super friendly and helpful, just what you're after if you're in a spot of legal trouble
Lovely lawyer who knew understood my situation from the get go and helped me to resolve my issue right away.
Polite friendly professionals but was on hold for hours listening to continuous tape before getting through
5 weeks to get aid as so many people from covid19, not enough time so ajurn the courts are crazy catchup on the criminal! Good about time
No good. Melbourne offices way better.
Not professional and half the lawyers are on crack
First day I called I was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes before giving up and hanging up. The next day I was on hold for an hour before someone spoke to me. Help was okay but not very informative and the wait to speak to someone was ridiculous.
Impossible to make contact.
Legal advice in police interviews nowadays is essential, needs major improvement.
I mean they provide free service after work hours and will help with most of the legal stuff even though they take some time to call your queue but with free service I think it's not that bad
It was great to get advice from, before I would do anything. But now it is closed and moved elsewhere
