I mean, it's a shopping mall like any other. Can't possibly give that 5 stars? ! Tends towards the crowded and noisy but it's overall clean and you can find your way around easily. This is the only IKEA in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
Parking in the car park is busy but you should always be able to get a park. There is also free street parking in nearby River Bvd.

A One Stop station that houses a hypermart & supermarkets, viz; IKEA, Coles, Kmart, Post Office, Chemist & many other retailers.
There are ample parking spaces, however, one has to know which outlet entities to how long the free parking hours, e.g. IKEA receipt provides 4 hours free parking, Coles.maybe 2 hours, etc.

There is something that I dislike about this shopping center, gives a poor impresion even before you even get inside, poor design, its relatively small but difficult to navigate, very car oriantated, not orientated in a way to make it peddestrian or public transport friendly, poor sinage, Feels like you have to walk through the car park to get into shopping area, does not feel like a safe place to be walking. I avoid going to this place if at all posable.

Fantastic shopping centre for the local area, nothing notably spectacular however it has everything you need and then some!

The butcher, fresh produce, fresh seafood would be my picks. Fantastic selections at all 3.

The Magic Hand Car Wash is also worth the visit, I have never had an issue with the quality of service and timing at this place. Very professional and always a tidy finish!

I was part of the Ikea refurbishment team, but did check out the mall during meal breaks and of course the food court.
Having worked on many mall refurbishment projects, I've noticed how the general layout of retail space and food court layout in particular is kept to strict guidelines across the board.
With the same general retailers getting preferential treatment.
What I found refreshing was the inclusion of an Ikea store. With the public cafeteria in particular being a standout feature.

Stock standard shopping centre. Plenty of homeware stores due to Ikea being on site. Carpark can be a nightmare especially now due to the works near Ikea happening currently.

Great place. We went there for ikea. Parking tip is to go down the basement as its so busy on the ground floor and there is never anyone at the bottom
