Ordered a ham from Victor Churchill and Vics meats organises the delivery. Putchasing off Victor Churchills site and its is $20 dearer for the same product. Had a delivery scheduled. Got a text to say its not coming. Rang customer service only to be told it was an error and was coming. Rang 3 times as each window was missed. I took the day off work and eventually received a call from the shipper saying its not coming. During the 3 calls i said i would like to cancel. Said not possible. Customer service could not even bother to call me themselves. Be very careful with deliveries. Just read the stories.

Every time I come back to this amazing establishment, I realise instantly why. The staff are so friendly and so attentive but not in the too in your face way. A classy touch by all staff in the way they approach and serve. The food is quality like no other. Presentation, creativity, taste. It’s all there even when you’re on your way home the tastes are still in your mouth and that’s only after you realise how good of an experience you have had. Thank you so much for the impeccable service and as always amazing quality food creating a one of one dining experience.

Absolute fabulous service and the food was divine! Melt in your mouth steak with spectacular flavour and the ambiance also fantastic, what more could you ask for! Well worth treating yourself.

Great and unique experience: sitting down at the bar, only 20 seats, the well-knowledge staff will help you navigate through their selection of wines and cuts.

The steak was cooked perfectly, all sides were generous and the glasses were never left empty.

We will be back.

I was there early January we sat at the bar area with friends we found it very hard to have a conversation. The was steak was good but a bit pricy l was surprised l didn't see Karen from Brighton there!

I ate here today, ordered a medium rare steak. It was medium-well bordering on well done, very very chewy

Every dish we ordered was amazing and the venue was stunning
A side dish was forgotten which we were looking forward to having with our steaks
Once they realised they asked if we were still hungry and said no as we didn’t see the point of paying for an extra dish after our meals were finished when it should have been all together
The dish was gifted to the couple sitting opposite us which we felt should have been just given to us instead of asking us if we were hungry as we had ordered it.

Excellent quality meat in a glitzy surrounding.

I feel like steak, not the everyday BBQ variety, something more of a indulgence. I also wanted something with a "beefy" flavour, not just melt-in-the-mouth quality. This lead to my choice of a pure bred Black Angus from Ranges Valley (NSW), Bistecca cut (T-bone) and with a rare marbling of 5+ (Black Market brand), cooked medium rare. Bliss.

The Charcuterie platter is pleasingly accompanied by pickles (not overly tart), sourdough bread and a thickish lavosh. The Wagyu bresaola with 9+ marbling has deep, rich flavour.

Broccolini with pine nuts, is cooked just right (firm with a bite).

Service is quintessential Australian - casual, approachable, friendly.

The food is just amazing.

I've never had anything like it and the whole night was made even better by the talented and friendly staff.

My fiance' and I left there and have not stopped singing your praises for an incredible experience.

A beautifully stylish and deliciously bombastic dining experience. Both casual and special. If it weren't politically incorrect nowadays to segment people by gender stereotype, I'd say that Victor Churchill was Tiffany's for blokes. Not that it doesn't warrant feminine approbation in equal amount. Were I rich, I'd be dead in six months - so often would I indulge myself at this place. Wonderful.

Exceptional service, food and environement. We enjoyed a lovely dinner with delicious courses and excellent wines. Had the pleasure to meet both Mauro and Sebastian. Mauro prepares the best drinks with pure joy and always making sure there is enough wine in your glass and Sebastian had no problem sharing a few minutes with us showing us around the kitchen.
We will definitely be back and would recommend it without a doubt.

Loved Victor Churchill! We grabbed a spot at the bar and worked our way through the appetizers, entrees and mains of this amazing menu. Not to mention the great bottle of Chianti. What really made the night though was the service! Jade was excellent!

Had the truffle dinner last night at the Butchers, as you do.it was epic. The best bit of Beef in Australia! No joke!

One of the best steaks I have had in Aus. Intimate service, great atmosphere this would be at least a two Michellan star restaurant anywhere else in the world. The cocktails and wine list was also sublime. If you love great food and you are happy to pay for quality then you need to experience this restaurant.
