I am very lucky to get to know New future training and completed my certificate III in individual support. I have done my III (Individual Support) at Vicseg and Staff, Teacher are very kind and helpful.

Very pathetic service I am one of the students who is doing cert lll in Childcare due to covid I couldn’t come back to Australia to complete the course but when I did come back have been calling them since about how can I do so and every time I get a reply they will contact me but haven’t got back to me and this is not just one time it’s more than 6 times now and I am very upset and will Be complaining about this to the higher authorities so that they know when a person is ready to do something and is asking help but unable to get one and getting stressed coz of it.

It is a great opportunity to be qualified and have full of knowledgeable by studying with the New Future Training! I have completed my Certificate lll in Health Service Assistance and Certificate lll in Individual Support and I also doing my Certificate lV in Disability. So I personally highly recommend to other this organisation!

I have completed certificate In individual support in vicseg. The staff (teachers, placement coordinators) is very helpful and go extra mile to help you in any situation. I would recommend vic seg for any of your aged care courses.

All the staff members are so experienced, helpful nd hard working, always ready to help, it was really a wonderful experience with everyone.
Jane, Rose, Stella, Marvin, Linda, Leizl, (my teachers) all are dedicated and passionate teachers.
Last but not least, Dilu, the most helping staff member always respond the queries always so nicely.

In near future, if I get any chance to study in victoria.then my preference would be always VICSEG.
